WeTrade Group Inc. Clarifies Misleading Reports Regarding Board of Directors and Officers

The company also disclosed that a derivative lawsuit has been filed against certain officers and directors by shareholders in the United States District Court District of Wyoming. The lawsuit alleges that the named defendants were no longer associated with the company as of June 30, 2023, and questions the authorization of certain share issuances to private placement investors.
