Dr. Kevin Esch, D.V.M., M.P.H., Ph.D., Dipl. ACVP, was honored as Zoetis’ Working Father of the Year. Esch joined Zoetis in 2014 and has held various leadership roles, currently serving as the Executive Director of Global Pharmacokinetics, Dynamics, Metabolism, and Safety. As a father to three daughters, two of whom have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, a chronic connective tissue disorder, Esch understands the challenges of balancing a demanding career with the responsibilities of caring for his family. He credits his wife, Staci, for her incredible support and coordination in managing their children’s medical needs. Esch believes that his parenting experience has made him a more empathetic leader, enabling him to better understand the needs of his colleagues and prioritize what truly matters.
