Toll Brothers and CanAm Capital Partners Open Luxury Student Apartments in Miami

Toll Brothers, in partnership with CanAm Capital Partners, has announced the opening of Lapis, a luxury high-rise apartment community in Miami, Florida. Designed exclusively for college students, Lapis offers a premium living experience adjacent to the prestigious Florida International University (FIU) campus.

Spanning over 763,500 square feet, Lapis features 293 units and 1,086 beds across its 20 stories. The community offers a range of living arrangements, including studio, one-, two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom luxury rental apartments.
