Sarah Smadja joins as the Head of Emerging Market Sales-UK, while Erick Garces and JP Garces come on board as EM sales specialists. Sarah Smadja brings over 15 years of experience in EM sales, having worked at prestigious institutions such as Morgan Stanley, Unicredit Bank, Credit Agricole, and HSBC. With her extensive knowledge of credit, rates, and structured products in Asia, CEEMEA, and Latin America, she will provide valuable insights to a diverse range of institutional clients. Erick Garces and JP Garces, who have over 20 years of experience in the industry, will enhance Stifel’s Central America and Caribbean sales capabilities. Their expertise will further strengthen coverage of pension funds and institutions throughout Latin America. Previously associated with StoneX Financial, they have also worked at Susquehanna International, Oppenheimer, and Jefferies.
