According to McKinsey & Co, the shipping industry can achieve a 1% decrease in fuel consumption by utilizing AIS and weather data for route mapping. By integrating Spire’s AIS and weather data into its digital solution, PrimeServ Assist, MAN Energy Solutions aims to enhance its customers’ performance, maintenance scheduling, and decarbonization insights.
In addition to this integration, MAN Energy Solutions and Spire will collaborate on the development of AI models designed to analyze engine data and create more cost-efficient solutions for customers.
