Sally Beauty Holdings Launches SBH Inspires Foundation to Stand Up Against Domestic Violence

Sally Beauty Holdings, a global leader in professional hair color and beauty supplies, has announced the launch of its first-ever non-profit foundation, SBH Inspires. The foundation aims to make a positive impact by supporting individuals affected by domestic violence and abuse. In line with Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Sally Beauty Holdings is taking a proactive stance to address this critical issue.

SBH Inspires will focus on raising awareness, providing resources, and offering support to those impacted by domestic violence. This funding will be used to support partner organizations that provide domestic violence assistance and rehabilitation services. The National Domestic Violence Hotline and Denton County Friends of the Family have been selected as national and local partners, respectively, due to their commitment to creating safe spaces for those affected by domestic violence and abuse.

The National Domestic Violence Hotline has been instrumental in providing information, help, safety planning, and hope to millions of individuals. However, due to the increasing demand for their services, they often face challenges in meeting the needs of all callers. The partnership with SBH Inspires will enable the hotline to expand its resources and support more individuals in need.

Denton County Friends of the Family, located near Sally Beauty Holdings’ headquarters in Denton, Texas, shares a common mission of providing comprehensive and compassionate services to survivors of sexual abuse, rape, and domestic violence. By joining forces with SBH Inspires, they aim to strengthen their collective impact and make a positive difference in the lives of those they serve.
