The acquisition marks Panacea’s expansion into the retail sector, adding to its existing portfolio of branded health and wellness products, ingredient manufacturing, and contract manufacturing.

Under the name PanaceaDistro, the eight retail locations and one distribution center will undergo a rebranding process. Panacea plans to leverage this strategic move to introduce new high-quality plant-based products while also exploring store franchising opportunities. With N7 generating approximately $2.6 million in revenues for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022, this acquisition presents a promising growth opportunity for Panacea.
