Domino’s Launches Emergency Pizza Program, Offering Free Pizzas to Customers in Need

Domino’s Pizza Inc., the world’s largest pizza company, has introduced a new program called Domino’s Emergency Pizza. This program aims to provide customers with a free medium two-topping pizza whenever they find themselves in need. Whether it’s a burned dinner, a power outage, or unexpected guests, Domino’s believes that a free pizza can make any situation better.

Kate Trumbull, Domino’s senior vice president and chief brand officer, stated, “With so much uncertainty in everyday life, we believe everyone needs a pizza pick-me-up at some point! The hardest part may just be deciding when to use your Emergency Pizza!” Customers can earn an Emergency Pizza by placing a qualifying online order from now until February 11, 2024. They can then redeem it through their Domino’s Rewards account.

Domino’s recently launched its new and improved loyalty program, Domino’s Rewards, which offers members more opportunities to earn and redeem points, as well as exclusive access to member-only deals like the Emergency Pizza offer. To sign up for Domino’s Rewards, customers can visit dominos.com/rewards. More information about the Emergency Pizza program can be found at dominos.com/emergencypizza.

It’s important to note that the Emergency Pizzas cannot be redeemed on October 31, December 31, or February 11. Additionally, customers can choose to redeem their Emergency Pizza for a Handmade Pan Pizza for an additional charge.

Domino’s Pizza, founded in 1960, has grown to become the largest pizza company globally, with over 20,000 stores in more than 90 markets. In 2022, Domino’s had global retail sales of over $17.5 billion. The company’s emphasis on technology innovation has contributed to approximately two-thirds of its global retail sales coming from digital channels.

With the launch of Pinpoint Delivery in 2023, Domino’s continues to innovate by allowing customers to receive pizza deliveries almost anywhere, including parks, baseball fields, and beaches.

Domino’s Emergency Pizza program is a testament to the company’s commitment to providing exceptional service and support to its customers. So, the next time life throws you a curveball, remember that Domino’s has your back with a free pizza to brighten your day.
