Bosch Service Solutions, DBS Bank, Roche, IBM, MTN Group, and Sanofi Honored for Digital Transformation Achievements

The Hackett Group, a leading benchmarking, research advisory, and strategic consultancy firm, has announced the winners of its 10th Annual Digital Awards. These awards recognize companies that have made significant strides in digital transformation, leveraging intelligent automation, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) to drive competitive advantage and deliver measurable benefits at scale.

The winners of the 2023 Digital Awards are Bosch Service Solutions GmbH, DBS Bank Ltd., F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd., IBM International Services Centre Slovakia, MTN Group Global Sourcing and Supply Chain, and Sanofi. Each company has demonstrated exceptional achievements in various areas of digital transformation.

Bosch Service Solutions GmbH was recognized for its Contact-to-Resolution category. The company successfully transformed its contact center operations by implementing a sophisticated AI solution called Digital Contact Centre. This solution incorporates robotic process optimization, text and conversational AI, and customer interaction technologies. As a result, Bosch Service Solutions experienced significant improvements in handling time and customer service quality.

DBS Bank Ltd. received the award in the Technology Function Operations category for its Evolve CloudOps initiative. The bank developed a unified cloud platform that helped manage and reduce the complexity of its cloud technology solutions. The platform enabled faster time-to-market for applications and generated a substantial return on investment.

F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. was honored in the Plan-to-Source-to-Make-to-Deliver category for its digital solution, ReMix. This solution streamlined the verification process in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, saving time and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

IBM International Services Centre Slovakia won in the Order-to-Cash category for its Agent Assist chatbot. The chatbot successfully handled simple queries, reducing client waiting times and allowing the super-user team to focus on more complex issues.

MTN Group Global Sourcing and Supply Chain received the award in the Source-to-Purchase category for its Procurement Cockpit (Px360). This central procurement intelligence platform provided actionable insights by aggregating data from various digital procurement systems.

Sanofi was recognized in the Talent Management category for its Workday Job Change Process Excellence. The company implemented a more efficient job change process using AI and process redesign, resulting in significant time savings for employees and managers.

Vin Kumar, managing partner at The Hackett Group, highlighted the progress made by this year’s winners in automation and AI. He emphasized the shift towards hyper-automation and the use of generative AI, which enables companies to make better decisions and improve customer experiences.
