Replacing a former department store, SCHEELS at Chandler Fashion Center is approximately 100,000 square feet larger than its predecessor, making it a significant addition to the retail landscape. The opening of SCHEELS drew an impressive number of first-day shoppers, with traffic at Chandler Fashion Center increasing by over 108% on that day alone. Macerich President, Ed Coppola, expects SCHEELS to generate four times the revenue of its predecessor, significantly boosting the center’s footfall.
