Tyler’s Integrated ERP and Civic Software Suite to Enhance Efficiency and Transparency in Augusta County

Tyler Technologies, a leading provider of integrated software and technology services to the public sector, has entered into an agreement with Augusta County and Augusta County Public Schools in Virginia. The partnership aims to improve business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and promote government transparency through the implementation of Tyler’s Enterprise ERP and Enterprise Permitting & Licensing software suites.

Augusta County and its public schools currently face challenges with manual processes and data integration across departments. In order to overcome these obstacles and better serve their residents, the county sought a solution that would streamline operations and improve data management. After a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) process, Tyler Technologies was selected as the vendor best suited to meet Augusta County’s project goals.

The Enterprise ERP and Enterprise Permitting & Licensing software suites from Tyler Technologies will provide Augusta County and Augusta County Public Schools with a range of capabilities. These include Enterprise Financial Management, Enterprise Human Resources Management, Absence & Substitute, Time & Attendance, Enterprise Community Development, Enterprise Business Management, Enterprise Asset Management, and Open Finance. By implementing these solutions, the county and school district aim to enhance tracking, processes, data management, and workflows.
