Solaris Resources Appoints CICC as Chinese Financial Advisor to Evaluate Acquisition Proposals for Warintza Project

Solaris Resources Inc., a multi-asset exploration company, has announced the appointment of China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC) as its Chinese financial advisor. CICC, a Beijing-based global investment bank, will assist Solaris in evaluating the merit of acquisition proposals for its Warintza Project in Ecuador.

The Warintza Project has attracted significant interest from parties looking to acquire all or part of the project. With CICC’s expertise in outbound investments and cross-border transactions in the mining sector, Solaris aims to make informed decisions regarding these proposals and other strategic matters.

Richard Warke, the Executive Chairman of Solaris Resources, expressed his confidence in the potential of the Warintza Project to create long-term value for stakeholders. He emphasized the company’s commitment to growing the project while minimizing shareholder dilution through financing consistent with their objectives.

Solaris Resources is focused on advancing its portfolio of copper and gold assets in the Americas. In addition to the Warintza Project, the company has exploration projects in Chile, Peru, and Mexico, providing significant leverage to increasing copper prices.

The appointment of CICC as the Chinese financial advisor marks an important step for Solaris Resources in evaluating potential acquisitions and maximizing the value of the Warintza Project. With their expertise and global presence, CICC is expected to play a crucial role in guiding Solaris towards strategic growth opportunities.
