Shocking moment woman goes on vile rant at neighbor who ordered her to keep her dog out of her garage

This is the shocking moment a woman goes on a wild rant at her neighbor after being asked to keep her dog off their property.
Footage of their exchange has been shared on Reddit of the argument, which is believed to have happened in a suburb of Raleigh, North Carolina.
According to the homeowner who started filming, the angry woman’s dog had been frequently entering her garage.
The property owner can be heard from her door camera saying: ‘You got to get your dog, you’ve got to put your dog on a leash and keep your dog out of my yard.’
The video then cuts to that of a phone camera on the sidewalk outside of the two homes.
The angry neighbor told the woman ‘I will f***ing show you crazy’ before launching into a rant at the woman
She continues: ‘I’m not going inside, this is my property. I’m not on your property, you look crazy. You look like you lost your mind.’
Her angered neighbor can be heard screaming: ‘I will f***ing show you crazy then.’
The neighbor then appears with two other unidentified woman and sits on a chair on the sidewalk before she starts speaking what appears to be Arabic.
The woman filming continues: ‘You’re acting like a child, is this how you talk to people?’
Her neighbor then begins approaching her and grabs and pulls another woman, who is presumed to be a relative of hers, out of the way.
In a bizarre statement, she then tells the woman filming: ‘Girl you better get the f**k off of me’ followed by, ‘you’re black so you think you got rights.’
Horrified, the woman recording fires back saying: ‘Oh girl, let’s make it good. She got to say what she got to say. I’ll make sure everybody knows you’re a racist.’

In a bizarre statement, she tells the woman filming: ‘you’re black so you think you got rights.’
Marching towards her, the angry neighbor then says: ‘You are racist, you just think you are black so you are up in my face right.
‘Oh she’s black you guys, be scared, run. I don’t give a flying f**k if you are purple.’
The woman continues: ‘You let your dog run in my garage on my property, how am I wrong.’
The entire exchanged had happened in front of the children of the angered neighbor.
