RPM International’s Tremco CPG Acquires NOW Specialties’ Wall System Fabrication Business

RPM International Inc., a leading provider of specialty coatings, sealants, and building materials, announced today that its subsidiary, Tremco CPG Inc., has acquired the wall system fabrication segment of NOW Specialties, LLC (NOW). The Fabrication Business, based in Texas, specializes in Metal Composite Material and Aluminum Composite Material panels and generates approximately $20 million in annual net sales.

The acquisition of NOW’s Fabrication Business strengthens Tremco CPG’s position in the rapidly growing segment of panelized facade systems and offsite panelized construction. These wall systems offer customers improved efficiency, quality, and construction times compared to traditional methods. Moreover, the acquired wall systems are compatible with Tremco CPG’s building envelope systems, expanding their offerings for customers seeking a metal panel facade.
