Olivia Wilde and Emily Ratajkowski BOTH going to Met Gala after Harry Styles ‘betrayal’

Emily Ratajkowski will cross paths with Olivia Wilde for the first time since kissing the actress’ ex-boyfriend Harry Styles in the streets of Tokyo in March.

While the women previously had a friendly relationship, tensions between them escalated after the supermodel, 31, told Vogue Spain she ‘feels bad’ for the Don’t Worry Darling director, 39, about her steamy make-out session with the pop star, 29.

Following the interview, an insider told DailyMail.com exclusively that Wilde wants Ratajkowski to ‘keep her name out of her mouth’ and ‘focus on being a mom instead of dating everyone she sees.’

The source went on reveal that the mom-of-two feels the I Feel Pretty star should ‘reexamine her dating life and the men she chooses to go out with’ since filing for divorce from Sebastian Bear-McClard.

Previously, a separate confidante of Wilde’s disclosed that the ex-fiancée of Jason Sudeikis felt ‘betrayed’ by her ‘friend’ and simply does not want to be dragged into this mess’ as she continues to prioritize her ‘career and her kids.’

Upset: While the pair previously had a friendly relationship, tensions between them further after the supermodel, 31, told Vogue Spain she 'feels bad' for the Don't Worry Darling director, 39, (seen in  2015) for locking lips with her former beau, 29, so publicly

In addition to a possible awkward run-in between the My Body author and filmmaker, who rose to fame after starring in her debut film Girl Next Door, Pete Davidson and  ex Kim Kardashian will both be attendance following their split last summer.

The SNL alum, 29, and reality star, 42, previously attended the event together last year while she rocked Marilyn Monroe’s original 1962 Jean Louis gown.

In 2021, following her breakup with Kanye West, Kardashian admitted to rejecting Davidson at the Met Gala before going on to work together on an episode of Saturday Night Live.

Sparks ultimately flew between them after sharing an on-screen kiss during a sketch, in which they portrayed Jasmine and Aladdin.

While reflecting on their first smooch together during a confessional on her reality show The Kardashians, Kim said she felt ‘a vibe’ when she kissed Pete and was struck by the desire to ‘try something different.’

‘I wasn’t even thinking, like: “Oh my God. I’m gonna be in a relationship with him,”‘ Kim admitted, before confessing that she was ‘basically just DTF [down to f**k].’

Yet as their romance grew, she discovered him to be ‘really thoughtful and humble and just so genuine,’ and she eventually came to regard him as ‘literally the best human being’ she ever met.

In August 2022, DailyMail.com confirmed they called it quits after nine months together due to demanding schedules and the long distance as he worked on a project in Australia while she remained in the U.S. with her four kids.

A guest list – seen by DailyMail.com ahead of the red carpet – contains the names of some of the fashion and celebrity world’s most influential people.

Margot Robbie, Florence Pugh, and Gigi Hadid are among the faces who will be at the Met Gala.

Vanessa Hudgens, Lily James, and Miranda Kerr will also be in attendance.

Additionally, Dr Dre, and Nick Jonas are expected on the carpet when the festivities begin.

The 2023 Met Gala will be returning to the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City on Monday evening, with everyone from Sydney Sweeney to Paris Hilton set to attend the annual fundraising event.

Since 1948, stars have ascended the majestic staircase into a very exclusive party where no selfies are allowed.

In keeping with tradition, the event will be held on the first Monday of May. It is scheduled to begin at 6:30PM EST on May 1, 2023.

Fans can watch the event unfold in real-time via a livestream on Vogue.

This year, the ball’s theme is Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty. The late German designer was Chanel’s long-time creative director. He passed at age 85 in 2019.

His beloved cat, Choupette, has even been invited to the festivities.

The decision to honor Karl has sparked controversy given the many offensive remarks he has made over the years, from slamming the #MeToo movement to opposing same-sex marriage.

‘I’m against it for a very simple reason: In the 60s they all said we had the right to the difference. And now, suddenly, they want a bourgeois life,’ he told Vice of same-sex marriage.

‘It’s difficult to imagine—one of the papas at work and the other at home with the baby. How would that be for the baby? I don’t know. I see more lesbians married with babies than I see boys married with babies. And I also believe more in the relationship between mother and child than in that between father and child.’

While he ultimately showed his support for same-sex marriage at his spring 2013 Chanel haute couture show, he still said he was ‘less keen’ on same-sex couples adopting children, according to AP.

Along with the Vogue editor-in-chief, Anna Wintour, who runs and hosts the annual event, the 2023 MET Gala will also be co-hosted by Penelope Cruz, Dua Lipa, Michaela Coel and also Roger Federer.

While the show may be known for its glitzy and over-the-top red carpet – with details of what occurs inside often remaining mysterious – at its heart, it is a fundraising event for the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute.

Last year, the 2022 MET Gala alone raised a grand total of $17.4 million, reported Billboard

This year the price of admission has been raised from $30,000 to $50,000, according to Page Six.

Even if you have the funds, that doesn’t guarantee you entry into the party.

Every guest has to be invited, and a waiting list exists for the coveted golden ticket.

And status matters, according to The New York Times.

Paris Hilton is among the big names attending in what will be her first Met Gala.

Meanwhile, Blake Lively, a frequent attendee, announced she will not be at the party.

‘I will be watching,’ she said, according to People.

Elle Fanning, Kardashian and La La Anthony are among the other celebs attending.

As for Wintour’s role in the bash, Vogue’s editor-in-chief organizes the party and oversees the guest list and even the menu.

She has served as the Met Gala’s chairwoman since 1994 and continues to serve look after look at every event.
