In his new position, Hollis will be responsible for leading staffing, recruiting, leadership development, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. Tracy Woodrow, who has served as M&T Bank’s CHRO since 2020, will continue to play a crucial role as Chief Administrative Officer, overseeing various departments, including Banking Services, Buffalo Promise Neighborhood (BPN), Corporate Services, Human Resources, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) teams. Woodrow’s extensive experience and continued involvement in M&T Bank’s Executive Leadership Team will provide valuable support and guidance to Hollis in his new role.

Hollis has held other notable positions, such as CHRO and Director of the Office of Minority and Women Inclusion for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, Chief Talent Officer for Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, and Senior Vice President of HR for PNC and National City Bank.
