Mick Jagger‘s girlfriend Melanie Hamrick cheekily called the rocker her ‘inspiration’ behind her first erotic novel, First Position.
The ballet dancer appeared on This Morning on Wednesday to plug her new book and left Holly Willoughby blushing as she told viewers about the plot.
Melanie, 36, and Mick, 79, started dating in 2014 after meeting at a concert in Tokyo. They have a six-year-old son named Deveraux ‘Devi’ Octavian Basil Jagger.
Introducing the book, host Holly said: ‘You get a real insight in her [the character’s sexual appetite] there are threesomes, sex in the stalls. This is no way a me.’
Melanie laughed as she replied: ‘I was telling everyone I wish I had more fun as a dancer. Being in the world for so long, you’re on tour. It’s loosely based on some truths.’

Meanwhile, host Craig Doyle asked her: ‘Writing the racier scenes, of course, Sir Mick Jagger your partner, love of your life.
‘I’m wondering, has he looked over your shoulder while you were tapping away? How was that?’
Melanie laughed and replied: ‘Oh, he was very supportive. I’m so lucky, he really encouraged me to write and get going.
‘If I shocked him, I did a great job, it did what it needed to do. I think at about a halfway point, I said when it comes out you’ve got to go and buy your own copy.’
Craig then asked about the tribute at the start of the book. He read out: ‘To my love, thank you for your endless support and inspiration,’ before asking if the wink emoji at end meant Mick had inspired her racy plot.
She replied: ‘I mean, I think he hopes so.’
Elsewhere in the chat, Melanie talked about their son Deveraux, six, with Holly asking if he can dance given Mick’s iconic moves and Melanie’s ballet background.
Melanie said: ‘He definitely does, we both learnt that when you’re young you have that no-fear and just go for it.

‘So I love watching him dance, we both do. When I try to teach him he says, “No, I feel it Mama”.’
Mick has eight children with five different women. His eldest child, a daughter named Karis, is 52 and was born from a brief relationship with actress and singer Marsha Hunt.
After that, he had a daughter named Jade who is now 51 years old. He had Jade with his former wife Bianca, whom he was married to from 1971 to 1978.
The Satisfaction singer has four children with Jerry Hall; two daughters; Elizabeth, 39, and Georgia, 32, and two sons; James, 37, and Gabriel, 25. They got married in Bali in 1990 after being together for over a decade.
Mick and Jerry ended their relationship when it came to light that Mick had been unfaithful with Brazilian model Luciana Gimenez Morad, who gave birth to Jagger’s seventh child, Lucas.
