MFS Investment Management® Announces Monthly Distributions for Closed-End Funds

MFS Investment Management®, a leading global investment manager, has recently declared the monthly distributions for its closed-end funds. The distributions will be made to shareholders of record as of October 18, 2023, and will be payable on October 31, 2023.

The following closed-end funds will be distributing the following amounts per share:

1. MFS Charter Income Trust (NYSE:MCR): $0.044230
2. MFS Government Markets Income Trust (NYSE:MGF): $0.019970
3. MFS High Income Municipal Trust (NYSE:CXE): $0.01250
4. MFS High Yield Municipal Trust (NYSE:CMU): $0.0110
5. MFS Intermediate High Income Fund (NYSE:CIF): $0.01420
6. MFS Intermediate Income Trust (NYSE:MIN): $0.020290
7. MFS Investment Grade Municipal Trust (NYSE:CXH): $0.0220
8. MFS Multimarket Income Trust (NYSE:MMT): $0.032320
9. MFS Municipal Income Trust (NYSE:MFM): $0.01750
10. MFS Special Value Trust (NYSE:MFV): $0.03590

It is important to note that some of the funds have adopted a managed distribution plan. This means that if sufficient investment income is not available, the fund may distribute long-term capital gains and/or return of capital to maintain its managed distribution level. Shareholders should not draw conclusions about the fund’s investment performance solely based on the amount of distributions.
