Lewis Cope has made an impression on Emmerdale fans after he joined the soap back in December as newcomer Nicky.
Nicky landed a job as a live in nanny at Home Farm when he moved to the Dales and has since come out as gay.
However it hasn’t been all smooth sailing for Nicky as viewers are convinced he has ulteriour motives for taking the job at Home Farm.
Away from the camera, Lewis is in a long-term relatonship with his girlfiend of six years Rachel Lopez.
The pair enjoy a jet set lifestyle and frequently document their loved-up holidays abroad.

Lewis is from Hartlepool and Rachel is from Dublin where the pair have spent every Christmas since they got together.
In the past year alone, the couple have jetted off to Mykonos, Naxos, Budapest and Dublin.
In one snap from Mykonos, Lewis and Rachel put on a loved-up display as they gazed on the Mediterranean.
Alongside the post, Lewis wrote: ‘Thank you for being you,’ while Rachel commented: ‘Thank YOU for being you❤️❤️❤️❤️ bloody love the heart in you xxxxx’.
In another post, Rachel wrote: ‘We made it to Naxos & Paros – grateful doesn’t even cut it!
‘I’m addicted to travelling to the most beautiful islands in the world with you @lewiscope 5 years in a row, may aswell keep the tradition going.’
They also appear to regularly attend black tie events while at home in the UK and Lewis is also a member of Soho House which has venues around the world.
Rachel works as a personal trainer and she also dabbles in acting.

During an appearance on ITV’s Lorraine on Thursday, Lewis spoke about joining Emmerdale.
He said: ‘It’s strange, because when you join you feel so new and then after a week or something you feel like you’ve been there for 10 years.’
The actor also revealed he is one of 14 siblings, with several of his siblings either professional or amateur boxers.
