Humana Ranks #1 in Florida in J.D. Power 2023 Medicare Advantage Satisfaction Study

Humana, a leading health and well-being company, has achieved the highest score in Florida in the J.D. Power 2023 U.S. Medicare Advantage Satisfaction Study. The study, which measured member satisfaction with Medicare Advantage plans, ranked Humana as the top health plan in Florida.

As the largest Medicare Advantage plan in Florida, Humana has been serving Medicare members in the state for over three decades. The J.D. Power study evaluated member satisfaction based on several factors, including the quality of healthcare services provided.
