Greystone Housing Impact Investors LP Announces Listing of Vantage at Tomball Property for Sale

Greystone Housing Impact Investors LP, a leading investment firm specializing in affordable multifamily, seniors, and student housing properties, has announced the listing of Vantage at Tomball for sale. The 288-unit market rate multifamily property, located in Tomball, TX, is being publicly listed by Institutional Property Advisors Texas at the direction of the Property-owning entity’s managing member.

Greystone Housing Impact Investors LP made a non-controlling investment in the Property during its construction in August 2020, contributing equity totaling $10.4 million. The construction of the Property was completed in April 2022, and it has since maintained a physical occupancy rate of around 90%.

The Partnership expects the sale of the Property to occur in the first quarter of 2024, subject to the successful execution of a sale contract. However, market volatility and potential future market developments may impact the timing and final sales price of the Property.
