Green Brick Partners, Inc., a leading homebuilding and land development company, has successfully relocated its corporate headquarters to the Legacy office park in Plano, Texas. The move comes as a result of the company’s remarkable growth and its commitment to enhancing services for its homebuyers, builder brands, trade partners, and employees.

The new headquarters, situated at 5501 Headquarters Drive, Suite 300, Plano, Texas 75024, accommodates Green Brick’s corporate office and operations suites for its subsidiary homebuilders, including CB JENI Homes, Normandy Homes, Southgate Homes, and Trophy Signature Homes. Additionally, the building houses separate office suites for Green Brick Title and BHome Mortgage. The modern and spacious office space has been thoughtfully designed to foster collaboration and improve efficiency.

Green Brick Partners, Inc. operates in Texas, Georgia, and Florida, with subsidiary homebuilders in each state.
