Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Expands Presence in Southwest with Acquisition of The Coverage Pro

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., a global insurance brokerage, risk management, and consulting services firm, has announced its acquisition of The Coverage Pro, a retail insurance broker based in Scottsdale, Arizona. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

The Coverage Pro specializes in providing insurance solutions for construction projects, catering to both commercial and personal lines clients throughout Arizona. As part of the acquisition, Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. will also gain ownership of The Coverage Pro’s affiliated company, General Southwest Insurance Agency, located in Phoenix.

Under the leadership of Scott Firestone, head of Gallagher’s Southwest region retail property/casualty brokerage operations, Jeff LaScala, Caily LaScala, and their team will continue operating from their current location. This strategic move is expected to enhance Gallagher’s capabilities in the Southwest region.
