after announcing last year that their<a target=\"_blank\" style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"class\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/sport\/football\/article-11081731\/Manchester-Uniteds-shirt-sponsor-TeamViewer-ready-pull-plug-47m-year-deal-ALREADY.html\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0existing deal with TeamViewer wouldn&#8217;t be renewed.<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">They later announced that an agreement had been made for United to buy back their front of shirt sponsorship rights and the club have been targeting new sponsors ever since.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Having already established an existing relationship with Qualcomm, United are now targeting a deal worth \u00a360m-per-year, as reported by <a target=\"_blank\" style=\"font-weight: bold;\" class=\"class\" rel=\"nofollow noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"font-weight: bold;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/sport\/teampages\/real-madrid.html\" id=\"mol-93bc8b00-50d4-11ee-be50-a3ff3bffd4ee\" rel=\"noopener\">Real Madrid<\/a> and Fly Emirates.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">However, it is expected that any new shirt sponsor would have to wait until next season to start appearing on the front of kits given the amount of replica tops already in circulation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Qualcomm specialise in providing digital connections through state-of-the-art technology advancements and have recently struck a deal with Apple to provide their new 5G modems.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">The American firm, based in San Diego, described themselves as: &#8216;Qualcomm is enabling a world where everyone and everything can be intelligently connected.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">United already hold a deal with the company to promote their subsidiary brand Snapdragon, software used in Samsung phones and other premium technology organisations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">The agreement that was made last year also saw Qualcomm agree to provide United with solutions on how they can improve mobile connectivity for matchday fans at Old Trafford.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">United have since upgraded their WiFi to help supporters stay online throughout matches.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">A deal of \u00a360m-per-year is being targeted with Qualcomm, although no concrete figure has been agreed by the involved parties
