He initially entered the league on an Exhibit 10 contract with the Sacramento Kings worth only $50,00 before being released the next day.<\/span><\/p>\nThe 27-year-old became an even more pivotal part of the rotation after Tyler Herro suffered a broken hand in the first game of the round one series against Milwaukee.<\/span><\/p>\nVincent put forth five 20-point games during the playoffs and his 51 3-pointers were the third most ever record by a Heat player in a single postseason.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Jakob Poeltl extends his time in Toronto<\/span><\/span><\/p>\nJakob Poeltl has agreed to a $80 million contract that will make sure he remains with the Toronto Raptors for another four years.<\/span><\/p>\nThe 27-year-old center averaged\u00a012.5 points, 9.1 rebounds and 1.2 blocks through 72 games last season.<\/span><\/p>\nPoeltl played only 26 of those 72 games in Toronto last season, after he was acquired in a trade from the San Antonio Spurs.<\/span><\/p>\nThe trade served as a homecoming for Poeltl who was originally drafted No. 9 overall by the Raptors in 2016, but was traded to the Spurs in 2018 as part of the Kawhi Leonard.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Joe Ingles lands deal with the Magic<\/span><\/span><\/p>\nJoe Ingles has agreed to a contract with the Orlando Magic for two years and $22 million following his stint with the Milwaukee Bucks.<\/span><\/p>\nHe missed the first part of the season as he was recovering from a torn ACL and did not take the court until December.<\/span><\/p>\nAfter returning from injury Ingles worked his way into an important role off the bench and averaged\u00a06.9 points and 3.3 assists per game while shooting nearly 41% on his 3-point attempts.<\/span><\/p>\nThe 35-year-old Ingles made his NBA debut at age 27 after playing overseas and played the first eight seasons of his career with the Utah Jazz before the one year in Milwaukee.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Herbert Jones not leaving New Orleans<\/span><\/span><\/p>\nHerb Jones has agreed to a four-year for $54 million contract that will ensure he stays with the New Orleans Pelicans.<\/span><\/p>\nThe 24-year-old Jones was selected by New Orleans in the second round of the 2021 draft, and quickly found his way into the starting lineup in large part due to his defensive ability.<\/span><\/p>\nThe 6-foot-8 forward averaged 9.8 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 2.5 assists last season. He has also shown impressive durability after starting in 135 of a possible 144 games.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Rui Hachimura remains in LA<\/span><\/span><\/p>\nThe Los Angeles Lakers and Rui Hachimura have agreed to a three-year $51 million contract that will keep the 25-year-old in purple & gold going forward.<\/span><\/p>\nAfter being acquired in a midseason trade with the Washington Wizards Hachimura proved he could fit in as a valuable rotation piece going forward.<\/span><\/p>\nIn his 33 games in an LA jersey he averaged 9.6 points and 4.7 rebounds. He went on to excel during the playoffs and increased his scoring output to\u00a012.2 points per game and shot 48.7 percent from beyond the arc.<\/span><\/p>\nLA had previously extended a $7.7 million qualifying offer to Hachimura making him a restricted free agent and from that point on most predicted him to remain with the Lakers.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Dennis Schroder heading to Toronto<\/span><\/p>\nVeteran point guard Dennis Schroder is set to replace Fred VanVleet in Toronto after\u00a0 agreeing to a two-year deal with the Raptors for $26 million.<\/span><\/p>\nSchroder appeared in 66 games for the Los Angeles Lakers last season and averaged\u00a012.6 points and 4.5 assists in 30.1 minutes per game.<\/span><\/p>\nThe 29-year-old has proved to be a reliable albeit not spectacular floor general throughout his nine seasons since being drafted in the first round of the 2013 draft by the Atlanta Hawks.<\/span><\/p>\nHe has experience as both a starter and a rotational player off the bench and should have no issue filling either role for the Raptors.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Miami agrees to two deals\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\nThe Miami Heat have agreed to two-year deals with guard Josh Richardson and Kevin Love.<\/p>\n
Richarson averaged 10.1 points last season after splitting time between the San Antonio Spurs and the New Orleans Pelicans.<\/p>\n
The 29-year-old veteran was originally drafted by the Heat in the second round of the 2015 NBA Draft and has since suited up for the Dallas Mavericks, Boston Celtics, and Philadelphia 76ers, along with the aforementioned Spurs and Pelicans.<\/p>\n
Love fell out of favor in Cleveland where he once raised an NBA Finals trophy alongside LeBron James back in 2016 and was bought out by the team in February before landing in Miami.<\/p>\n
The soon-to-be 35-year-old averaged\u00a07.7 points and 5.7 rebounds in 20 minutes per game during the regular season with Miami. He then started 18 games for them in the playoffs.<\/p>\n
