Al Pacino‘s ex-girlfriend Noor Alfallah have split, and she has filed for custody of her three-month-old son with the actor, Roman Alfallah Pacino.

Alfallah, 29, filed legal docs in Los Angeles asking for full physical custody of the infant, adding that she wants the 83-year-old actor to have ‘reasonable visitation,’ The Blast reported after reviewing legal docs.

Pacino and Alfallah had been romantically linked since April 2022, and welcomed their son June 6 at Cedar’s Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.

According to the outlet, Alfallah told the court she was willing to grant the veteran film star joint legal custody of their young son, which would give him a say on matters related to education, religion, medical treatment and more.

The Scarface leading man is already father to three children with two women: he shares 22-year-old twins Olivia Pacino and Anton James Pacino with Beverly D’Angelo; and Julie Pacino, 33, with Jan Tarrant.

In her legal filing, Alfallah inserted a document titled ‘voluntary declaration of parentage,’ which both she and Pacino signed six days after they welcomed their son.

The document, which a third-party witness signed, acknowledged Pacino’s paternity of the child.

Alfallah in legal docs said she conceived the child in California after engaging in ‘sexual intercourse’ with the actor.

Alfallah is requesting in court docs that Pacino pay for her lawyer fees or any other case-related costs, according to the outlet.

A specific amount of child support was not stated in the court filing, according to the outlet.

According to The Blast, legal docs in the case stated that ‘the court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party.’

It was expected that the judge in the case would state an amount based off what Alfallah asks for in forthcoming hearings; there was no evidence to indicate that Pacino was opposed to any of the requests, the outlet reported.

Alfallah and Pacino’s OB-GYN is Beverly Hills-based Thais Aliabadi, who delivered Khloe Kardashian’s child on Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Alfallah was previously in romances with Rolling Stones icon Mick Jagger and billionaire Nicolas Berggruen.

She was seen out with Tinseltown icon Clint Eastwood, 93, in 2019, but said they were just family friends. The year before, she was seen out with Inglourious Basterds actor Eli Roth, 51.

Alfallah’s age gap with Pacino ‘doesn’t seem to be a problem,’ a source told Page Six in April of 2022, adding that the Kuwaiti-American film producer ‘mostly dates very rich older men’ and ‘moves with the wealthy jet-set crowd, and she comes from a family with money.’

Alfallah is a native of Beverly Hills and attended the UCLA School of Film and Television, later pursuing a career as a producer.

Prior to the child’s birth in June, mystery surrounded the circumstances of the pregnancy after claims emerged the actor had demanded a pre-natal DNA test after refusing to believe he could ‘impregnate anybody’, only found out about the impending arrival in April and believed the relationship with Noor was ‘long over.’

This came after a source close to the couple confirmed to DailyMail.com on Wednesday that Pacino ‘could not be happier’ about the pregnancy, that he had not been kept in the dark about the baby for 11 weeks and that the pair were ‘very much in love.’

The source also pushed back at suggestions Alfallah is a ‘gold digger,’ and said she had wanted a baby for years.

Around the timeframe, TMZ reported that Pacino initially doubted the child was his,  due to medical issues that would ‘commonly prevent a man from impregnating a woman.’

Insiders told the outlet that Pacino only found out about the pregnancy when Alfallah was six months in, and was ‘shocked’ at the revelation. Alfallah agreed to the DNA test, which confirmed Pacino was indeed the father.

Pacino and Alfallah’s relationship came under further scrutiny when it was alleged the actor thought the relationship was over a ‘long time ago’.

Sources claimed to Showbiz411 months back that Pacino was ‘hoodwinked’ by Noor and added: ‘She knew Al didn’t didn’t want to have more kids, they have no relationship, it’s a mess.’

Alfallah did not tell Pacino about the pregnancy for the first 11 weeks, sources told the outlet.

Alfallah is said to have grown closer to Pacino after becoming good friends with his daughter Olivia, whose mother is actress Beverly D’Angelo – who opened up about her longtime relationship with Pacino in an Instagram post in May.

The 71-year-old actress said she decided to share details about her relationship with Pacino after her ‘dm box got filled up with questions’ on the topic.

‘My story with Al began 27 years ago, two artists meeting, falling in love,’ said D’Angelo.

The actress, who played Ellen Griswold in the National Lampoon’s Vacation franchise, said that they ‘lived together for seven years, had two children’ and eventually ‘broke up.’

Despite their split, she wrote, they ‘continued steadily on [their] journey as co parents- and came to share [their] lives with a deeper kind of intimacy, honesty and acceptance than a “traditional” relationship would have allowed.’

D’Angelo said that she and Pacino bonded through their mutual passion of their craft.

‘We’ve always been linked on the creative level – our conversations about acting, the search/need for expression – that’s a conversation that started in 96 and continues to this day,’ she said.

D’Angelo, who has been seen on the CBS series True Lies, called her relationship with the Dog Day Afternoon actor ‘unique’ and ‘encompassing a wide breadth/depth of experiences and emotions, through thick and thin, a true friendship.’

She added, ‘There are infinite layers in every intimate relationship – and for me, Instagram isn’t the place to go into detail really….. but I wanna make sure you know I see and hear you, so this vid is a little bare bones primer in response to your questions.’

She added that most importantly she received the approval of her children before posting their images and story to social media.

D’Angelo opened up in the clip about her start with the House of Gucci actor, saying, ‘I lived with Al for seven years and we have two children; in 1996, we were on the same plane going from Los Angeles to New York.

‘He was seated in front of me, he said come up and sit beside me and by the time the plane landed, it was on.’

She said that the following year, ‘He looked me in the eye and said, “I want you to be the mother of my children.”‘

She continued, ‘Although I’d avoided that role my while life, I was deeply in love and I was 100 percent in.’

She said that they completed a round of in vitro fertilization in 1997, and ‘with a lot of effort and the miracles of modern science,’ they welcomed their twins in 2001.

She said that eventually, things ‘got complicated’ and their ‘split was finalized in 2004.’

She added, ‘The power of our love for our children was the basis for resolving any conflicts and creating a new history as co-parents, leading individual lives separately but always intertwined as a family.’

She wrapped up in saying that she and the Any Given Sunday star continue to share ‘a unique and profound friendship between two artists that endures to this day – through thick and thin, 27 years now of doing it our way – and there you have it.’

Tori Spelling reveals she’s been hospitalized for four days amid split from husband Dean McDermott: ‘I’m missing my kiddos so much’

Tori Spelling was being treated in the hospital for an unknown ailment as of Sunday.

The actress, 50, shared a photo of her hand, which had been hooked up to an IV, on her Instagram Stories, writing, ‘4th day here and I’m missing my kiddos so much.’

Tori’s unexplained illness comes amid her tumultuous split from her husband Dean McDermott.

The BH90210 star, who has been living with their five children in an RV following the split, also shared that she was ‘Grateful and so proud of my strong, brave, resilient and kind to the core children who remain positive no matter what comes my way.’

The hospital band revealed she was first admitted on August 17, which was the same day Tori was seen looking professional in a red suit working on a media project in Beverly Hills.

The Mystery Girls star has not disclosed the ailment that has kept her under medical care for half a week.

However, Tori reportedly vacated her home due to problems with mold and has previously shared medical issues that cropped up for her family related to the issue.

In May, the influencer shared photos of her and the kids in an urgent care center telling her 1.7 million fans, ‘our troubles are next level with our mold problem and the house that’s been slowly killing us for 3 years.’

Tori shared some snaps from their life on the road in a social media post August 10.

‘As long as we have each other,’ the doting mom wrote next to the carousel of  photos documenting their summer adventure.

Tori has reportedly split from Dean McDermott, 56, her husband of 17 years.

The actor is reportedly ‘mortified’ that Tori and the kids have been living in the motor home, according to a source quoted by DailyMail.com

‘Dean is legit mortified, as are all of Tori’s friends,’ the insider told the outlet.

‘They do not understand why she would be doing this unless for sympathy. She has money.’

Sister Wives is set to return for another season later this month – but fans have slammed its renewal and claimed that there is little point in continuing the show now that Kody Brown has split from three of his four wives.

The hit TLC show, which first aired in 2010, centers on the 54-year-old and his polyamorous family.

But, in recent years, Meri, Janelle and Christine have all parted ways from Kody – leaving Robyn as his only wife.

As a result, many feel that the series has lost its initial premise as calls grow for TLC to ‘put the show out of its misery.’

Now that Robyn is his only wife, many fans feel that Sister Wives has lost its initial premise of showcasing the life of a polygamist family and that TLC should just 'put the show out of its misery'

TLC took to Instagram to announce the premiere date for Season 18 with a moody image of Kody and his four wives all scowling toward the camera under an overlay of broken glass.

The caption read: ‘#SisterWives returns with a new season you can’t miss on Sunday, August 20th at 10/9c.’

But fans were quick to rush to the comments to express their dismay over the show’s return.

‘There are no Sister Wives left…. Just cancel the show,’ one wrote.

‘For the love of God. PUT THE SHOW OUTTA IT’S MISERY!’ another exclaimed.

A third added: ‘Why Is This Show Still Airing? There’s No More SisterWives! I Don’t Want To See The Kody/Robyn Show!’

Alongside the promo image, TLC posted a mini trailer on Twitter which also revealed the premiere date.

‘The end was just the beginning. A can’t miss season of #SisterWives premieres Sunday Aug 20 at 10/9c,’ the tweet read.

But this post too was swamped with fans slamming the show’s return.

‘Oh god, how much more can they squeeze out of this lemon. Let it go already. These people deserve what they got. I’m embarrassed I wasted time watching their train wreck,’ one tweeted.

Another pitched the idea of having a spinoff with Kody’s ex-wives, Meri, Janelle and Christine.

They wrote: ‘Giving Kody and Robyn, two huge narcissists, a platform to continue to spew their hatred is not a good look anymore. Dump those two and do a spin-off of the other three women living their best lives without Kotex and Goblyn.’

Backlash aside, the trailer did deliver on the drama promised in the tweet.

It kicks off with Christine – who was the first sister wife to walk away – declaring, ‘I left Kody because I could see he had favorites.’

Meri struggled last season after Kody had claimed he didn’t feel like they were married and echoes the sentiment in the trailer, stating, ‘I’ve heard him refer to us as friends.’

The most explosive part of the clip comes when Kody and Janelle sit down for a very heated discussion.

‘You have cheated me out of my family,’ Kody says pointedly to Janelle.

‘You are now pushing me out the door,’ she responds, which sends Kody into a rage as he shouts: ‘That’s an exaggeration and a lie.’

‘I think you’re manipulating,’ Janelle then states, which sends Kody out the door.

‘You stay and talk,’ Janelle yells as he walks away, adding, ‘f**k you.’

TLC teased the drama for this upcoming season a few weeks ago with its first full-length trailer.

It begins with Kody having a chat with Janelle who asks, ‘Do you really want to have a plural family? Sometimes I can’t tell.’

Kody adds in confession, ‘I’m in this bad place with Janelle and Christine’s gone, don’t even know what to do with Meri.’

Meri tells Kody, ‘I don’t want you to think that I’m walking away, because, sorry, I still have hope.’

Meanwhile, Meri tells Robyn, ‘There’s no question, Robyn, he’s done with me,’ while Robyn adds in confession, ‘Kody’s gonna do what Kody’s gonna do.’

Garrison Brown, one of Kody’s sons with Janelle, tells Robyn, ‘You know what, Robyn, have him. We’re all grown adults that don’t need a father figure anymore.’

Christine is catching up with Kody over dinner, as she jokes, ‘If you can’t look back with a sense of humor, what a waste.’

Kody says in confession, ‘Well, I’m not laughing. I’m not laughing here. I haven’t been laughing with her leaving.’

Janelle adds in confession, ‘This is not the happy-go-lucky Kody Brown that I used to know,’ while we see one of their fights go down.

‘What partnership do we have?’ Kody angrily asks, as Janelle responds, ‘This is not only me, Kody. Don’t you dare point your finger at me.’

Later, Meri tells Kody outside at a picnic table, ‘I just want to let you know I’m not gonna be around. It’s not what I want.’

While Kody seems stoic about the news, Robyn looks like she’s about to burst into tears.

‘I wanted to sit on a porch with my Sister Wives, with our kids and our grandkids,’ Robyn tearfully says before putting her head into her hands.

Kody even seems on the verge of breaking down in tears, stating, ‘Everything is changing,’ while Meri adds, ‘There has been a lot of, dare I say, drama.’

Janelle adds, ‘Everybody is angry,’ while Christine adds, ‘Everybody is angry, right?’

Kody claims in confession, ‘I worked so hard to do what was right, and when you lose that, well, I should just be the devil I think I am now.’

The trailer cuts to yet another fight between Kody and Janelle, who tells Kody to ‘shut your f***ing mouth and let me talk to you for a minute,’ which prompts him to get up and leave the house, and appears to be the last straw for Janelle as he storms out of the house, as the trailer comes to an end.

The dramatic season comes not long after Kody’s split from his three wives.

‘After more than 25 years together, Kody and I have grown apart and I have made the difficult decision to leave. We will continue to be a strong presence in each other’s lives as we parent our beautiful children and support our wonderful family.

A little over a year later, Janelle revealed she and Kody had separated during a supertease clip for the special Sister Wives: One on One.

‘I think if we both really sat down, we’d look at each other say, ‘Really?” said Janelle in the clip. ‘We’ve been separated for several months.’

Kody told host Sukanya Krishnan, ‘Yes, we are separated.’

He added: ‘Janelle has made it pretty clear to me that she’s enjoying her life without me.’

A few days later, Meri confirmed that she and Kody were also no longer together in another teaser for the One on One special.

They released an official statement in January.

‘After more than a decade of working on our relationship in our own unique ways, we have made the decision to permanently terminate our marriage relationship,’ a statement posted to their Instagram accounts read.

Meri and Kody divorced in 2014 so he could legally marry his fourth wife, Robyn, and the couple are still together.

Bella Hadid is ‘happy on her own’ following her shock split from Marc Kalman after nearly three years of dating.

Weeks after DailyMail.com confirmed the former couple called it quits, in the spring after the romance ‘ran its course,’ the 26-year-old supermodel is reportedly ‘still in the process of adjusting to the single life after her split from Marc.’

‘Bella isn’t focused on dating at the moment,’ a source told Us Weekly.

The insider added that despite her friends ‘wanting to set her up,’ the Vogue cover girl, who has been sober for 10 months, is ‘really not in the mood right now.’

At the moment, the Kin Euphorics cofounder is ‘really proud of her sobriety and is focused on her well-being and her career for now.’

The source went on to note that Hadid will ‘get back out into the dating scene when the time is right, but for now she’s happy on her own.’

Previously, the bombshell dated The Weeknd on and off from 2015 to 2019.

Over the years, she has also been romantically linked to NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. and rapper Drake.

Earlier this month, an insider, close to Hadid, revealed to ET that they parted ways ahead of the summer, and she is currently ‘getting daily treatment for her Lyme disease.’

The former couple reportedly met through work in New York City, in 2020, but waited until the following summer to confirm their romance on social media.

On July 8, 2021, the Kin Euphorics cofounder shared a sweet photo packing on the PDA with the art director, who worked with rapper Travis Scott for years.

At the time, E! News reported that they were already ‘serious’ and she is ‘has been excited to be seen with him’ in public after keeping their romance private for a year.

‘He has been the creative behind many fashion projects and they have crossed paths several times,’ the source revealed.

Moving on: Weeks after DailyMail.com confirmed the former couple called it quits, in the spring after the romance ‘ran its course,’ the 26-year-old supermodel is reportedly ‘still in the process of adjusting to the single life after her split from Marc’ (seen last year with Kalman in NYC)

Additionally, her mom, Yolanda, and older sister, Gigi Hadid and the rest of her family all ‘approved and loved him.’

During a chat with Interview Magazine, Bella said she felt ‘super comfortable and feel very safe with Marc’ and referred to him as her ’emotional support bunny.’

As for his work as a photographer, she gushed that he ‘is incredibly talented at everything he does.’

While Bella rarely spoke about their relationship in public, she credited keeping their romance out of the spotlight for ‘why things have been able to last.’

‘When you give other people room to have opinions on things that are so personal to you, it poisons it,’ Bella told Vogue in 2022.

Following the end of their nearly three-year romance, Hadid has been focused on her health.

Hadid originally contracted the tick-borne illness back, in 2012, presumably, while at their horse ranch in Santa Barbara.

Before officially being diagnosed with Lyme at age 16 – the DC-born, Malibu-raised beauty was incorrectly diagnosed with ADHD at age 14 and began self-medicating at age 15 because she was ‘so depressed and sick.’

Bella – who started homeschooling and stopped riding horses due to brain fog – said no one believed she was chronically ill except for her mother Yolanda Hadid, who was diagnosed with Lyme the same year in 2012.

The 59-year-old former Ford Model detailed her journey seeing ‘106 doctors’ and undergoing a Stem Cell transplant, Hyperbaric oxygen therapy, Chelation therapy, colon hydrotherapy, among other treatments in her 2017 book Believe Me.

‘After many misdiagnosis for two years, she started driving me anywhere and everywhere on our own, sick herself, to find the doctors that could heal me. I just turned 15/16 I think,’ Hadid recalled.

‘I was already doing IVs and random holistic treatments here and there, but just things that felt like a Band-Aid to me. My first Lyme treatment that I remember where the doctors actually could treat me and tell me what was wrong with me was in Reno at University of Nevada and a year or two later, my mom drove the both of us, sick herself, across the border to Tijuana, Mexico. To the kindest small town doctor.

‘After that, over the years, the flood gates opened and Lyme started to be more visible through blood and Kinesiology. My mom’s book actually talks about all of the treatments I did, and about what it looked like for her baby to be sick like her, it’s just a bit traumatizing for me to read now.’

Back in 2017, Bella told InStyle that that she took ’30 pills’ and self-administered ‘two shots a day in the keester’ to properly function with Lyme disease.

Ahead of her diagnosis, the model said she thought ‘going out and being with my friends would make’ her ‘feel better, but it didn’t.’

‘Now I feel like a grandma. I’ll go out occasionally, but I’d rather go to work and have 100 percent energy, because I barely have enough to get through the day as it is,’ she admitted.

In April, she told her Instagram followers that ‘any minor trauma to the body’ can cause her Lyme disease to flare up.

Shared struggle: Hadid originally contracted the tick-borne illness back, in 2012, presumably, while at their horse ranch in Santa Barbara (seen with her mom Yolanda Hadid, who was diagnosed with Lyme the same year, in 2017)

After suffering from a tooth infection, she revealed that her jaw became ‘so inflamed’ and her illness tends to ‘flare-up/inflame randomly when’ she is ‘overly stressed or overworking.’

‘Lyme flare-ups happen all the time,’ she explained. ‘Some days it’s okay! And some days are difficult.’

Other symptoms of her Lyme disease include her skin changing color, breakouts that feel like ‘lesions,’ lethargy, chronic anxiety, zero motivation or purpose, leaky gut, adrenals and depression.’

Additionally, Bella said she ‘hates looking in the mirror or taking pictures’ because of how symptoms dramatically affect her appearance.

‘If I’m all dolled up, maybe I’ll try for the girls but, man, is it hard to do this as your profession while also feeling/looking sick like this,’ she confessed on TikTok.

It’s been one of the most bitter and shocking divorces in Hollywood history yet the drama between Alice Evans and Ioan Gruffudd  shows no sign of letting up anytime soon.

Two years on from 102 Dalmatians co-stars announcing the end of their 14-year marriage, the exes are still facing off against each other in court.

The couple – who met while co-starring in the 2000 Disney film – are continuing to thrash out the arrangements for both their divorce and custody of their daughters, Ella, 13 and Elsie, nine.

The latest saga has seen Gruffudd, 49, sensationally accuse his ex-wife of setting up fake Twitter accounts to brand him and his new girlfriend Bianca Wallace ‘child abusers’ after daughter Ella applied for a temporary restraining order against Gruffudd and Wallace, 30.

Now MailOnline revisits the shocking celebrity feud and what the sparring exes have said about the drama amid their bitter divorce.

January 2021: The beginning of the end

Gruffudd filed for divorce in March 2021, shortly after Evans claimed on social media that her husband of 14 years was walking out on her and their two daughters.

Alice said: The 102 Dalmatians star tweeted at the time: ‘Sad news. My beloved husband/soulmate of 20 years, Ioan Gruffudd, has announced he is to leave his family, starting next week.

‘Me and our young daughters girls are very confused and sad. We haven’t been given a reason except that he “no longer loves me.” I’m so sorry.’

Ioan said: Shortly after Evans’ tweet, Gruffudd broke his silence to tell reporters it was an ‘extremely difficult time.’

He explained: ‘It’s an extremely difficult time for the family, our thoughts are with our children obviously right now and I’d really respect a little bit of privacy right now, thank you.’

October 2021: Ioan goes public with his new love

After Evans’ explosive announcement about her split all seemed to quieten down until October 2021 when she took to Twitter to claim to her 29,000 followers that her estranged husband had been cheating on her for three years with a much younger woman.

Evans implied that her ex had gaslighted her for years, betraying her and their two daughters (but did not offer any evidence to support her accusation).

Alice said: ‘So it turns out my husband, after two years of telling me I’m a bad person and I’m not exciting and he no longer wants to have sex with me and he just wants to be on set abroad… has been in a relationship for three years behind my back.’

While Gruffudd did not comment on the allegations publicly, he decided that now would be the time to make things Instagram official, posting a picture with Bianca Wallace, an Australian actress who is 21 years younger than Evans.

Ioan said: ‘Thank you for making me smile again,’ captioning his shot with two love heart emojis and making it clear he had moved on with his new love.

February 2022: Ioan files for a restraining order against Alice

After months of pointed tweets and social media posts made by Evans, Gruffudd responded by filing for a restraining order, submitting 113 pages of unhinged texts and emails that had not previously been made public.

In his court filing, Gruffudd claimed he told Evans that he wanted out of the marriage in August 2020 and that since then, she had harassed him with hundreds of unanswered text messages, abusive emails and social media posts – many of which he included in the filing.

He claimed she verbally threatened to tell the media he had abused her ‘do what Amber Heard did to Johnny Depp’.

Ioan said: ‘Alice told me verbally multiple times that she would do to me what Amber Heard did to Johnny Depp.

‘Alice threatened to tell people I had abused her and our daughters; she threatened to call the police on me if I did not comply with her demands; she threatened to tell people I am a drug addict and put me in prison; she threatened to write a fake diary that reflected an abused victim, and to have the diary published; and she threatened to destroy my mother.

‘Alice told me she would win, and everyone would believe her over me. ‘

Alice said: Speaking in court, she claimed ‘I never threatened’ him with slanderous statements or harassed him,

Her representatives did not responded to requests for comment about the texts and emails contained in the lawsuit.

June 2022: Alice begs fans for money to pay for a divorce lawyer

As their divorce proceedings entered its 15th month, Evans claimed to be ‘completely out of money for food and bills.’

She claimed she would receive no financial support from Gruffudd and that she was struggling to pay her legal fees and would be unable to ‘feed or clothe’ their daughters with her dwindling funds.

Alice said: In a public Instagram post she shared, ‘Trying to hold it all together whilst being threatened, completely out of money for food and bills and just found out somebody tried to break down our outside door last night!’

The star of 102 Dalmatians later set up a GoFundMe page to raise $25,000 (£20,500) in order to pay for a divorce lawyer.

Alice said: An email to friends seeking money, read: ‘I never in a million years thought I would be doing this.

‘Until recently everything appeared to be going well in my life. I had a wonderful husband and two brilliant kids who had cost us the earth in IVF but were so worth it!

‘However in August 2020, just as the pandemic was really kicking in, my entire world fell apart.’

She said legal fees ‘have finally drained everything – savings, accounts, pension, the lot’, adding: ‘Yesterday all my accounts ran out and I couldn’t buy anything.’

The letter ended: ‘I’m asking for help – something I’ve never done… and never expected to do. I have no parents or extended family to borrow from.

Ioan said: While the Fantastic Four actor did not respond to requests for comment, it emerged in court papers that he had hired divorce lawyer Anne Kiley, who also represents Brad Pitt.

July 2022: Ioan asks for joint custody of daughters

After Evans filed for sole custody of their daughters, Gruffudd filed for custody and visitation rights to see his children, claiming in the filing that Evans had been purposely trying to cut communication between himself and the children.

He also petitioned that the girls attend in-person therapy and reunification therapy via zoom with him pending court-ordered mediation about custody.

In the filing, Gruffudd reiterated allegations that Evans had been verbally abusing during their 14-year marriage, and ‘undermin[ing him] in front of the girls throughout their lives.’

Ioan said: Court filings read ‘Alice made fun of my appearance often, making hair-loss comments and telling me I had “saggy-vagina eyes.”‘

He went on to claim that Evans ‘has inflicted serious emotional harm on Ella and Elsie by her statements and by interfering in my relationship with them.’

Days after the filing, Evans shared text messages she claims were sent by her estranged husband to their eldest daughter.

She shared a screenshot of an exchange in which the actor said he would not be able to take his daughters out for the day as he had to be cautious of Wallace, who suffers from MS, and her health.

Alice said: Alongside the screenshot, she wrote ‘What happens whenever my eldest asks to see her Dad. Some bulls**t reason that he can’t.’

‘By the way, I have been 50-80% bedbound with fibro for the past 13 years.

‘He would say to me over and over when I told him I was sorry I couldn’t come to an event ‘I didn’t sign up for this! I didn’t sign up for life with a chronically sick person!’ #liarslie.’

On her Instagram Stories, Evans broke down in tears as she read through Gruffudd’s declaration, in which he reiterated allegations that Evans had been verbally abusing during their 14-year marriage, and ‘undermine[ing him] in front of the girls throughout their lives.’

Holding a copy of the document, an emotional Evans told the camera: ‘Hey guys, because of the way things work here in California I didn’t get this and I didn’t realise why people were coming onto my social media and attacking me.’

‘I’ve just started to read this declaration from Ioan. It is utterly disgusting and absolutely packed with lies, saying that he was the major caregiver and that I would get up at 11am and drink.’

‘That’s just not true, just absolutely not true. I’ve looked after these girls every day of their lives since they were born. I think I’ve been away like nine nights.’

‘He’s refused to contact them for the last week. He met somebody else and he left us that’s the truth. I just have to go on here and say that you can’t say these things about people. I know so much about him and I would not say this.’

August 2022: Ioan gets a three-year restraining order against Alice

Having previously been awarded a temporary restraining order against his estranged wife, Gruffudd successfully obtained a three-year restraining order against Evans in August 2022.

Harsher restrictions were put in place by a US judge, including a ruling preventing Alice from leaking private text messages from their children.

In the court documents, Gruffudd claimed Evans continued to cause him issues and wanted additional provisions added to the existing restraining order.

He also requested Evans not post his text messages or any other communications to the parties’ children, or the children’s text messages or any other communications to Ioan, on any social media account.

Gruffudd also asked for the judge to order Evans not to contact his employer or make disparaging statements about him to his employers.

Ioan said: Further in court documents, Gruffudd said since the restraining order was put in place, Alice ‘has used her social media accounts to continue to harass, threaten, and disturb the peace of both me and my girlfriend, Bianca Wallace.’

He demanded Alice should not make any posts on any social media account, ‘including but not limited to Instagram and Twitter accounts, disparaging or harassing [Ioan] or the other protected person.’

A source told MailOnline: ‘Ioan had no choice but to up his legal fight over Alice. She had become increasingly volatile and seemingly intent on destroying his career with her character assassination. He hopes this will put an end to it.’

Alice said: While the actress did not appear in court she deleted all recent posts focused on her estranged husband.

Days before the hearing she had updated her Instagram bio to read: ‘Status: Divorce hell [sad-face emoji]’.

September 2022: Ioan and Alice’s child custody battle hits a wall

Two months after Gruffudd filed for joint custody of his two daughters and asked for custody and visitation rights, the exes failed to settle their differences in family court, despite the help of a mediator.

Court documents showed the exes meeting was set for 31 August and that mediation had taken place but that ‘no agreement’ had been reached.

The document went on to confirm that that both Gruffudd and Evans had completed the mandatory Our Children First program.

The Superior Court of Los Angeles states of the program that: ‘Parents are required by law to attend a mediation orientation/parent education program and a mediation session prior to appearing at an Order to Show Cause or Trial regarding the custody and/or visitation of their children.’

November 2022: Alice is reported to police over claims of ‘child abuse’ and drug use

Amid her ongoing custody battle, Evans claimed that someone called social services and the police on her with concerns over child abuse and drug and drink use.

The actress took to Twitter to allege that someone had sent authorities to her property who then found ‘absolutely no signs of abuse’ and ‘no drugs or drink’.

Alice said: ‘Hey everybody. They haters called the police and the police were LOVELY. AMAZING.

‘They interviewed the kids separately at one point and come back to tell me that the kids loved me to pieces and there were absolutely no signs of abuse. I invited them into my house. No alcohol.

‘No drugs no nothing. I was completely sober and they could see that. Whoever it was who called them to say I was drunk and the kids were being abused BY GOD you should be ashamed of yourselves.

‘You caused a perfectly happy (and sober) family to get a police visit. Backfired.’

She then tagged an account on Twitter which she claimed was the person who had called the police.

She wrote: ‘THIS is who did it. This is who called the police and woke me up. If ANYBODY has any idea who did this PLEASE let me know. And Twitter – PLEASE find out who they are. it’s IMPERATIVE to our well-being.’

The account then blocked her, which she screen-shotted and wrote in another Tweet: ‘So you call the police round to my house at 9pm and then you’re such a p***y that you do THIS.

‘Jesus Christ. I am now on a mission to find out who you are. Don’t anybody tell me to drop it – I’ve been harassed ever since my husband started cheating 3 yrs ago. I’m DONE.’

She then tagged a different account claiming that person had called social services and wrote: ‘This person two called social services on me.

‘She has been harassing me for a few days: Her tweets to me are vicious, unkind and untrue. Please help me find these people. Hey Jessica – Turns out I WASN’T drinking or ABUSING!’

February 2023: Child custody agreement is stalled again after Alice is charged with ‘violating restraining order’

Evans appeared in court in February 2023 to answer two charges of violating a restraining order that was put in place by her estranged husband.

The warring former couple were scheduled to appear later that month at a custody hearing but Evans asked for a postponement.

Her attorney, Marie LaMolinara, argued that testimony Alice gives at the custody hearing could be used against her in her later criminal trial, which would violate her right, under the 5th Amendment, not to incriminate herself.

Alice said: Court documents filed by her lawyer read, ‘I share in concerns about having Alice submit any written or oral testimony elicited under penalty of perjury in connection with Ioan’s pending request until the criminal matter has been fully adjudicated.

‘As the Restraining Order and the pending allegations of violations thereof must necessarily be considered by the court (the Family Court that’s ruling on custody)….and because Alice has a 5th Amendment right against self-incrimination, the hearing on the pending RFO (Gruffudd’s request for a new custody agreement) should appropriately be continued.’

Ioan said: A written declaration stated ‘I do not believe a continuance of the February 2023 hearing would be in the children’s best interests.

‘I initially filed the custody RFO because of Alice’s ongoing behavior toward me and toward the children, and because I believed she was interfering in my relationship with them.

‘I believe Alice continues to interfere in my relationships with the children to this day, and I believe that further custody orders are imperative at this time to prevent additional damage to the relationships and emotional harm to Ella and Elsie as a result of Alice’s continuing behavior.’

March 2023: Charges against Alice are dropped

Prosecutors in Los Angeles dropped charges against Evans who had been accused of defying a restraining order the Welsh actor has against her.

Evans had pleaded not guilty to two counts of violating the order and at a hearing at LA’s Airport Courthouse, Commissioner James Cooper dismissed the charges after prosecutors told the court they were ‘unable to proceed.’

At a follow-up hearing, Evans’ attorney, public defender, Daniel Stefanic, filed a motion asking for a ruling that would declare her ‘factually innocent’ of the charges.

Alice said: Her lawyer told DailyMail.com that even though the charges against Evans have been dismissed, ‘she wants to be declared factually innocent of the charges’

He claimed that the restraining order charges have caused Evans’s name to be ‘dragged through the mud,’ he added, ‘This was a violation of her civil rights.’

May 2023: Alice moves out of $2million family home as ex Ioan is ‘too poor’ to pay for it

Evans and her children moved out of her family home and into a rented abode with their two daughters after Gruffudd pleaded with a court to allow the home to be sold, saying he didn’t have the money to keep up with mortgage payments for his family following their split in 2021.

The Fantastic Four star told a court in a document filed last year that neither he nor Evans could afford the $6,750 a month in mortgage payments, insurance and property tax.

He said he’d had just one paid job in the past year and was so poor he was relying on handouts from his young girlfriend.

Ioan said: ‘The rent for my apartment is $3,400 per month; I live there with my girlfriend, who has been paying the majority of our living expenses, and all of our rent, since September 2022 due to my financial circumstances.’

He added: ‘I have explained these financial circumstances to Alice and have asked her numerous times since we separated, through counsel, to help financially and to agree to sell the La Jolla residence . . . but Alice has not agreed to my requests.’

Alice said: A friend of the star’s revealed to MailOnline ‘Alice is packing up and it’s been a devastating period. She is very sad that she and the children have to move out, but there was no option.’

May 2023: Ella, 13, applies for a restraining order against dad Ioan and his girlfriend Bianca

The teenage daughter of Evans and Gruffudd asked for a restraining order against her famous father and his girlfriend in documents filed on May 31 at the Los Angeles Superior Court.

In the documents, Ella stated that she is ‘afraid’ of her father and accuses him of ‘threatening to call the police on her anytime she misbehaves’ during their visitations.

Ella filed for a domestic violence restraining order against her father following what she said was an ugly incident at their home, during which she claims Bianca ‘slammed a door on her head’.

In her filing against her father, Ella requested that he be made to keep at least 100 yards away from her and not contact her for five years and asks that Gruffudd be ordered to undergo a ’52-week batterer intervention program’.

The program, which involves weekly classes, is intended – the document states – to ‘stop abuse, teach accountability, abuse effects, and gender roles’.

Ella requested that the restraining order also cover her nine-year-old sister Elsie, noting that she ‘lives with her sister and is afraid that [Ioan] will abuse and/or continue to allow abuse to happen to my sister too’.

She also asked that her father be made to pay ‘for some or all of her lawyer’s fees and costs’ and requests that her phone account and that of her sister Elsie’s be transferred to their mother, alleging that Gruffudd has ‘threatened to cancel my sister’s phone account and my phone account’.

Along with her domestic restraining order filing, Ella included a declaration as evidence to support her case, in which she shared her recollection of a bitter spat that she claims took place while she and her nine-year-old sister Elsie were visiting their father’s home on May 26.

Ella admitted that she was ‘so mad’ at her father to find that Wallace was at his apartment when she arrived that she began throwing food on his bed, on the floor, and on him, before she attempted to flee the apartment – which, she says, is when the actress ‘slammed a door on her head’, leaving her with ‘a small bump’ and a ‘bruise on her arm’.

June 2023: Ioan accuses Alice of abusing him via fake Twitter accounts

In court documents seen by MailOnline, Gruffudd claimed his estranged wife screamed at him outside his Los Angeles home and called him a ‘f***ing abuser’ and ‘abusive c***’ in front of their 13-year-old daughter.

Gruffudd also claimed Evans repeatedly broken a three-year restraining order he took out against her which has resulted in criminal charges – and flashed him while wearing no underwear when their children were being dropped off.

The bombshell papers also contained claims from Gruffudd that: Evans has made ‘thousands of false, threatening and harassing posts’ about him; Evans claims to be home-schooling Ella, but has ‘provided no information’; Evans has interfered with the girls’ therapy and they are missing appointments; and Ella poured rolled oats from a bag over his head, which left him ‘in shock’.

Ioan said: ‘Ella went to the kitchen and wrote ‘f***’ with a mustard bottle and squirted it over the counter tops and floors.’

‘Bianca was standing next to the door to the laundry. Ella reached out to push Bianca out of her way and at the same time said, ‘Don’t touch me you f***ing s***.’ Bianca remained calm. Ella then poured rolled oats from a bag all over my head. I was in shock and did not respond.’

‘Since May 26 there have been a number of anonymous social media accounts set up on Twitter naming Bianca and myself ‘child abusers,’ and making incredibly slanderous and defamatory claims. Alice has slipped up a number of times on these accounts, making clear the ‘anonymous’ accounts are her accounts.’

‘In February 2022, Ella got angry with me when I told her I could not afford to pay her private school tuition the following year. Ella threatened to call child protective services on me if I did not pay her tuition. She hacked my Instagram account and posted unsavory comments. Alice posted screenshots of Ella’s hack to her own Instagram account, and in turn this became a headline in the tabloids.’

‘Alice’s verbal abuse and inappropriate behavior escalated after I moved out of the family residence on January 25,2021. Alice sent me hundreds of harassing, abusive and threatening communications by text, email, voice message, video message, and OFW, and she has verbally abused me on the phone and in person, often in front of the girls. Alice has made thousands of false, threatening and harassing posts about me on social media, and she has made false and harassing statements about me to the media, which were then published.’

‘Alice said, ‘I’m going to tell my lawyer that you punched me last week. It’s going to be like Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. It’s not going to end well for you!’ Then she told Ella, ‘Please let me know if daddy is ever creepy or weird with you.”

‘Alice then ran out of the house to my car, screaming at the top of her lungs. I cannot overstate how loudly she was yelling, ‘F*** you! F***, f***, f*** you, you f***ing abuser!’ She called me an ‘abusive c***,’ told me I would never get a job again, and screamed to the neighbourhood that I beat her up and was a ‘f***ing abuser.’ She screamed at me, ‘You f***ing took my children away! F*** you!’ .This entire scene took place directly in front of Ella.’

‘Alice accused me of child abuse, said I did not love the girls, and called me a ‘cruel monster.’ Alice said I was ruining all their lives, the girls were unhappy, Gloria was going to die, and she was going to die because she would have no health insurance.’

‘During the April 19, 2021 drop-off, Alice asked me to look at her outfit, lifted up her skirt to show me her bare behind, and revealed to me and the girls that she was not wearing underwear. I left immediately. During a FaceTime with Elsie that night, Alice screamed that she wanted me to die.’

Silvio Berlusconi’s five children have united to bid a tearful farewell to their father at Milan’s gothic cathedral today as Italians held a national day of mourning for their former prime minister.

The children, from Berlusconi’s two marriages, were joined by thousands of mourners at the main square outside the Duomo to say their final farewell to the one-time cruise ship crooner turned billionaire media tycoon and politician.

Marina, 56, and Pier Silvio, 54 – from Berlusconi’s first marriage to Carla Elvira Lucia Dall’Oglio – and Barbara, 38, Eleonora, 37, and Luigi, 34 – from his second marriage to Veronica Lario – have been thrust into the limelight since their father’s death as rumours circulate about who will take on his empire valued at around £5.4 billion ($6.8 billion).

The late tycoon’s children were joined by Berlusconi’s 33-year-old partner Marta Fascina on the front bench of the Cathedral, as the former Italian prime minister was commemorated with a solemn state funeral.

The service for the 86-year-old billionaire attracted politicians and business leaders, as well as TV starlets, soccer players, soccer club chairmen, placard-waving fans of AC Milan, a club he owned for around three decades, and thousands of ordinary members of the public.

Marina, Berlusconi’s eldest daughter and the head of family holding Fininvest, held Fascina’s hand as they both wept as the coffin was placed before the altar.

Fascina had an established place in the family. She and Berlusconi never married, but last year they exchanged rings in a symbolic ceremony and he publicly called her his ‘wife’.

Unable to hold back her tears, she was seen again crying outside as the coffin left the building, on its way to be cremated.

The occasion has proved controversial in Italy, with many furious that such an honour is being bestowed upon a three-time Prime Minister and media mogul tarnished by scandals – including his famous Bunga Bunga sex orgies.

Nevertheless, tens of thousands of Berlusconi’s supporters gathered in the square in front of the Duomo to watch the proceedings live on giant screens, and applauded as the casket was carried up a flight of stairs and through the cathedral’s doors.

A further 2,300 people – made up of Italy’s business and political elite, including the president and three former premiers – gathered alongside Berlusconi’s children and companion, who openly wept as the casket was placed in front of the altar.

Today is also national day of mourning to mark the passing of the man that most Italians identify as the most influential figure in Italy over recent decades.

The media tycoon, soccer entrepreneur and three-time former Prime Minister – adored and loathed by Italians in equal measure – had been ill for several years, though he remained the official head of his right-wing Forza Italia party, a member of Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni’s coalition government.

Berlusconi’s legacy – positive or negative – was being hotly debated among Italians in the run up to the event.

Italians are split over whether the former premier merits all the fuss and ceremony that will be on display in Milan.

His family held a private wake Tuesday at one of Berlusconi’s villas near Milan, the city where he made his billions as the head of a media empire before entering politics in 1994. They were seen together again inside the Duomo today.

Marta Fascina, an MP and Berlusconi’s final partner, could not hold back her tears. Those around her, included her partners older children, comforted her.

She was at his bedside as he succumbed to a rare type of blood cancer.

His two eldest children Marina and Pier Silvio were also front-and-centre during the ceremony. Marina, presumed to be the primary heir to Berlusconi’s media empire  also wiped away tears as the ceremony got under way.

Fascina – 53 years Berlusconi’s junior – never officially married the tycoon, but they held a ‘fake’ ceremony in 2022 – making him his third ‘wife’. His ex-wives are understood to have been in attendance inside the cathedral too.

Some reports have suggested that Marina did not approve of Fascina and Berlusconi’s plans to get married. Nevertheless, she was seen comforting her father’s ‘widow’ all the same as the pair walked into the Duomo together.

Outside, large wreaths in the colours of the Italian flag stood along the front of the Duomo, where the ceremony began at 3:00 pm (1400 GMT).

It was presided over by Archbishop of Milan Mario Delpini. The cathedral was packed, but many more gathered in the square.

Delpini did not gloss over Mr Berlusconi’s complicated legacy in his eulogy.

He said he was a businessman who found success and failure, a politician who won and lost, and a notoriety-seeking personality who had admirers and detractors, ‘those who applaud him and those who detest him’.

‘When a man is a politician, then he tries to win. There are those who exalt him and those who cannot stand him,’ Delpini said in his homily.

‘When a man is a protagonist, then he is always on stage. He has those who applaud him and those who detest him,’ he said.

‘But in this moment of farewell and prayer, what can we say about Silvio Berlusconi? He has been a man: a desire for life, a desire for love, a desire for joy,’ he said.

‘He is a man and now he meets God.’

With family members, political allies and opponents also sat in the pews inside.

Hungarian President Viktor Orban, Qatar’s ruling emir, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and Iraqi President Abdel Latif Rashid were among the highest-ranking foreign dignitaries attending.

Ms Meloni, who got her first government experience as a minister in a Berlusconi coalition, also attended, along with League leader Matteo Salvini, whose party has long been allied with Mr Berlusconi’s Forza Italia party.

Italian President Sergio Mattarella was there too, while the European Union was represented by its economy commissioner Paolo Gentiloni.

Italian President Sergio Mattarella and former Premiers Matteo Renzi, Paolo Gentiloni and Mario Draghi were on hand, as well as other politicians, in a show of respect for a political figure with whom many had sparred.

AC Milan legend and former England manager Fabio Capello was seen arriving to the cathedral earlier too. Berlusconi owned the Milan club from 1986 to 2017 through a sustained period of success – winning him adoration among the fans.

Among the crowd outside the Duomo was Lucia Adiele, a member of Berlusconi’s Forza Italia who travelled nearly 1,000 kilometres from her home in Altamura, southern Italy, to bid farewell to her favourite politician.

‘I was lucky enough to be a part of Forza Italia for 18 years. I was also lucky enough to meet him. The least I could do was to be here and say goodbye for the last time,’ she told Reuters TV.

Fellow supporter Luigi Vecchione, 48, said Berlusconi was ‘my first and last political love. It’s a very sad day for Italy’.

Not everyone in the crowd was a devotee, however. Amateur photographer Gianfranco Diletta, 65, said he had come to ‘immortalise this mass phenomenon’.

‘I never voted for Berlusconi, who embodied for Italy the modern populism of the 1990s… and was a friend of Putin’s to the end, a strategic error which put Italy’s national security in danger,’ he said.

The ceremony finished around an hour and a half after it began, with the coffin seen leaving the cathedral on its way to be cremated.

Berlusconi’s ashes will be taken to the family mausoleum in the grounds of his villa in the northern town of Arcore, a source close to the family told Reuters news agency.

After a state funeral on Wednesday, the coffin will be returned to Villa San Martino, near Milan, to await the cremation which will take place at the Valenziano Panta Rei Crematorium Temple, near the city of Alessandria.

Berlusconi, who died on Monday at the age of 86, hired sculptor Pietro Cascella to build the mausoleum in the early 1990s.

Berlusconi originally built it to bury himself, his family members and friends, but then found out the law only allows bodies to be buried in public cemeteries, his long-time friend and art critic Vittorio Sgarbi told AdnKronos news agency.

Ashes can be placed in the mausoleum however.

Italian media described it as a white marble structure with an underground mortuary. A sarcophagus made for Berlusconi stands at the centre and a frieze representing chains is carved on the walls, with the tied rings seen as a symbol of family union.

The longest-serving premier in Italy’s postwar history, and re-elected to the Senate last year, Berlusconi was famed for controversial gaffes on the international stage.

Political opponents are questioning not only the decisions of Premier Giorgia Meloni’s government to hold a state funeral – an honour that can be afforded to all former premiers – but to also declare a national day of mourning.

National days of mourning are more rarely invoked.

As part of the latter, flags were lowered to half mast on all public buildings from Monday in tribute to a leader whose influence extended well beyond politics, thanks to his extensive TV, newspaper and sporting interests.

Parliament was suspended for three days and the government declared a national day of mourning for Wednesday – the first time for an ex-prime minister.

But the decision was criticised by Berlusconi’s detractors, who accused him of cronyism, corruption and pushing through laws to protect his own interests.

Senator Andrea Crisanti said he was ‘strongly against’ such national honours for ‘someone who had no respect for the state’, pointing to Berlusconi’s definitive conviction for tax fraud in 2013.

Rosy Bindi, former head of the Antimafia Commission, said it was ‘inopportune’ for ‘a person as divisive as Berlusconi’.

Repubblica daily said the ‘institutional shutdown’ was ‘extreme’ and compared it to Britain’s protocol for Queen Elizabeth II’s death.

‘Berlusconi split Italy, he insulted adversaries for 30 years, he criminalised the magistrates and he didn’t recognise laws. What are we talking about?’ journalist Marco Travaglio, a long-time Berlusconi critic and co-founder of the il Fatto Quotidiano daily, told private La7 TV on Monday.

Berlusconi is widely recognised as a precursor to the type of populist politics that later would bring Donald Trump to power in the United States.

Both used their high profile as businessmen to springboard into the political arena, upending politics as usual along the way.

Supporters of Berlusconi’s legacy cite his success in unifying the Italian center-right after the collapse of the post-war political landscape with the 1990s ‘Clean Hands’ corruption scandal.

They also see his years as leader as periods of stabilisation, after years of quickly rotating governments, while admiring his bold rule-breaking and irreverence, perhaps especially in the face of other global leaders.

‘He did many big and small things, while suffering a mediatic and judicial aggression that only Craxi before him had endured,’ Stefania Craxi, a senator in Berlusconi’s party and the daughter of late Italian leader Bettino Craxi told private TV La7.

Her father died in exile in Tunisia in 2000 after being convicted in absentia for involvement in illegal party financing.

Berlusconi’s detractors’ list of political damage is long.

It includes conflicts of interest relating to his media empire, dozens of trials mostly for business dealings, revelations of sex-fuelled Bunga-Bunga parties at his villa near Milan and questionable associations.

The most controversial is his enduring friendship with Russian leader Vladimir Putin, who is subject to an international arrest warrant and cannot travel to Italy.

‘He is not a leader who helped us grow,’ said Beppe Severgnini, a long-time foreign correspondent and writer for Corriere della Sera. ‘He tapped all of our weaknesses: moral, fiscal, sexual, everything.’
