A former Russian spy who seduced foreign agents with her ‘pillow talk’ has launched a company teaching women how to get any man they want.

Aliia Roza, 39, was born behind the iron curtain in Kazakhstan, and spied for the Russian government shortly after the Soviet Union fell in 1991.

She said she was a ‘female James Bond‘ and became an expert in ‘the psychology of men’ until she was able to get top secret information by hitting on enemy agents.

No longer a spy, in July 2017 she launched her own private members club – teaching women how to bag any man they want.

Aliia teaches her 2,000 members that it doesn’t matter how you look – you can still get whatever you want from men, she claims.

She said the key is confidence – but her more controversial lessons include pretending you know secrets about your date to make them paranoid.

She gives exclusive one-to-one’s to other women on how to change their behaviour with sessions costing £200 per hour, with her latest business venture earning her up to £1.5 million per year.

Aliia’s private members club is ‘Super Lady’ where women get access to exclusive red carpet events hosted by brands like Versace and Chanel.

‘When I organise an event I invite them for fashion presentations or afternoon teas, I have access to celebrities and luxury fashion brands that it’s hard to get.

‘They come and meet each other, hang out, have a drink, and get really exclusive access.’

Aliia, who is based in LA, but who leads a jet-setting lifestyle frequently taking her to Europe, said: ‘When I was in school I was nerdy and bullied.

‘I was the only Asian looking person amongst a crowd of white people, and the kids bullied me.

‘They used to call me ugly because I had pimples. I was very insecure.

‘Both my mother and father were part of the Soviet secret services, so I guess it was natural for me to go into it too.’

Aliia, who has been married five times, said: ‘The worst thing you can do when trying to seduce someone is focusing on provocation, addiction, or obsession’

‘They taught me everything about spying, how to walk, how to put on makeup, and, most importantly, how to understand the psychology of men.

‘It was like being a female James Bond.

Aliia’s top five tips for wooing a man

Aliia’s easy to follow tips for seduction:

– Never give direct answers to questions

– Never sleep with a man on the first date

– Worship yourself in the mirror to build your self confidence

– Get aroused before a date

– Pretend you have heard something about the man you are dating – and keep them guessing what it is

‘They created our charisma – our aura – and taught us the best techniques to seduce people.

‘All these techniques I have since adapted to my daily life.

‘Whether you are overweight, short, whatever, it’s all about charisma.

‘The best thing to do is to stand in front of a mirror and look at yourself everyday and find five features you like about yourself.

‘It doesn’t matter what it is – it can be a facial feature, or even your feet or hands.

‘It’s like tricking your brain into thinking ‘I’m a goddess’.

‘Once you induce a man’s natural desires, you can get any man you want.’

When she was 17, Aliia was approached by the FSB – formerly the KGB – to be trained in the dark arts of espionage, she claims.

Aliia says the secret to seducing men – whether as a spy or a civilian – is confidence, and this is the basis of her lessons in her new club.

‘Just like they taught me in spy school, it all comes from your mood,’ she said.

Five times married Aliia says women looking to attract men should ‘be horny’ when they meet up with a man.

‘It’s all about inducing a man’s animal desires,’ she said.

Another of Aliia’s tips is that women should try to arouse themselves before a date.

‘A woman needs to worship herself everyday, and slowly their confidence becomes stronger.

‘She will start to feel the eyes from other men.’

Aliia also says women should never have sex with men on the first date if they really want a guy.

‘Sex is appreciated more if it is not granted to the man straight away,’ she said.

'In recent years, men have also become less confident in approaching women for fear of how they will be perceived' - Aliia says

‘In recent years, men have also become less confident in approaching women for fear of how they will be perceived’ – Aliia says

'I once went to the beach myself and brought a large adjustable wrench, several men asked about it, we joked and then started to get to know each other' - Aliia opines

‘I once went to the beach myself and brought a large adjustable wrench, several men asked about it, we joked and then started to get to know each other’ – Aliia opines

‘It’s like limited edition. You seduce the brain first, then sex is a big prize for a man and you should never give up the biggest prize in the first date.’

‘It’s like Cinderella; the prince wouldn’t find her if she was there all the time. It’s all about building intrigue. Don’t be an open book.’

And the leftfield advice doesn’t stop there, with Aliia also claiming ‘never giving a direct answer’ is another essential tip to leaving men smitten.

She added: ‘If a man asks you a direct question, a good response is to say… why don’t you guess?’

‘This adds to your intrigue, and keeps men guessing.’

And if that doesn’t work, Aliia has an even more controversial trick.

‘You can say something like, ‘I heard something from your friends’, but don’t tell them what it is,’ she said.

‘Maybe it’s a bit mean, but you make up that you’ve heard something and never tell them what it is.

‘It works every time, then the guy will think ‘Oh my god what happened, maybe she met my ex!’

‘It will make his brain start to think about the woman even more.’

Aliia claims she ‘studied on the same programme as Putin’ but says his attack on the Ukraine is ‘unforgivable’.

‘A few years ago, the Russian gov contacted me again, and said they had more missions for me,’ she said.

‘I said f*** no – never ever.

‘I want to live a normal life and use my skills for good.’

Men really can laugh women into bed – with a good sense of humor making men seem more intelligent and more likely to be big-earners.

A study recruited 162 women for a speed-dating style experiment where they were shown photographs of six men.

Each man was said to have provided a statement as an ‘icebreaker’, which was a funny joke, an unfunny joke or a bland statement about their favorite color or pizza.

The men were all similar-looking, having been chosen because women rated them as averagely attractive.

But when women thought the man in the photograph had made a funny joke, they were significantly more likely to say they would give him their phone number.

Sadly, for men not blessed with killer wit, unfunny men were no more likely to get a woman’s phone number than those who made no attempt at humor, the study found.

A follow-up experiment showed why funny men may get the girl.

When 81 women were asked to judge photographs of eight men, half of whom had made a funny joke, while half had made an unfunny joke, they typically rated the funny men as more intelligent.

They also rated them as having higher earning potential than unfunny men.

Dr Mitch Brown, who led the study from the University of Arkansas, said: ‘Funny men may appear more competent to women, as shown by them perceiving them to be more intelligent in their study.

When women thought the man in the photograph had made a funny joke, they were significantly more likely to say they would give him their phone number

‘If women believe that to be the case, they might believe men will do better in their careers, know more people, know how to play the game, and earn more money.’

The study, published in the journal Evolutionary Behavioral Sciences, says men use humor as a way to signal to women that they are interested and to connect with them by laughing together.

Bored Panda has collated some of the most hilarious images from around the world that show the embarrassing things boyfriends and husbands get up to.

Women also seem to appreciate an attempt at humor from men, even if it falls flat – with the study finding they rated funny and unfunny men similarly highly for friendliness.

However, the experiment with 162 women found females expected men to be more successful in attracting a partner if they were funny.

Women were asked to rate men’s friendliness, likely dating success, and how likely they would be to give them their phone number after seeing the photographs and the statements the men had apparently made.

There is a risk with men making jokes, that this could make them seem warm, kind and like good boyfriend material, or it could backfire and make them look like untrustworthy show-offs who are interested in playing the field.

To test which view women had, researchers asked 108 women to rate the men with funny and unfunny statements on whether they would choose them for a long-term relationship.

Funny men were preferred for long-term relationships, suggesting they are seen as good, committed partners.

They were also preferred by women for short-term relationships – although with less of an advantage over unfunny men.

The ‘funny’ men in the study were given statements which women were previously found to judge amusing, such as ‘The past, present and future were having an argument. It was tense.’

Another example included: ‘Cremation – my only hope for a smoking hot body.’

The unfunny men were given jokes like: ‘What do you call a tiger with glasses? A scientist tiger.’

Women do seem to like a good sense of humor, but good looks appear to still be important, as a group of 141 women typically ranked funny men as even more desirable when their photograph was attractive rather than unattractive.

Russell Brand was called out by a furious Sir Rod Stewart at the 2006 GQ Men Of The Year Awards after telling the audience he had slept with the singer’s model daughter Kimberly.

The comedian, now 48, is currently facing allegations of sexual assaults and abusive and predatory behaviour between 2006 and 2013, when he was at the height of his fame, following Saturday’s bombshell Dispatches documentary. He has denied the allegations.

When taking to the stage at the bash to collect his gong Russell made a very crude remark saying: ‘Here’s to Rod Stewart who had a go at me earlier this year for too much womanising’.

Before adding: ‘But then again I did have a go on his daughter’.

When Sir Rod, now 78, then collected his own trophy he made a point of blasting Russell for his comment.

Addressing him directly, the Maggie May hitmaker said: ‘You went with my daughter, did you? Russell, stand up.’

The comedian then seemingly lost all his bravado and could be heard sheepishly mumbling: ‘I took her out for one evening’.

A fuming Rod asked if Russell had behaved himself on said evening with the former Big Brother host backtracking and saying: ‘I never touched that girl’.

‘F***ing right you didn’t’ Rod snapped, ‘You mustn’t come up here and boast. I speak here as a father.’

Rod – who has eight children in total – shares Kimberly, now 44, and son Sean, 43, with ex-wife Alana, 78.

Brand reportedly attempted to make amends following the tense moment and the pair could be seen sharing a smile following the awards ceremony.

Rod later told the Evening Standard: ‘[Russell] might be a bit of a player but he shouldn’t boast. I never did. Russell’s been a bit timid since I had my say.’

One woman has alleged Brand raped her in his Los Angeles home, while another accused him of grooming her as they were involved in an allegedly ’emotionally abusive and controlling relationship’ for three months when she was just 16 and still at school, and he was 31.

A third accuser claimed the comic sexually assaulted her while she worked with him in Los Angeles, and that he threatened to take legal action if she told anyone else about her allegation, and a fourth detailed the alleged sexual, physical and emotional abuse she was subjected to.

Allegations about Russell‘s ‘sinister’ behaviour towards women were an ‘open secret’ among TV and radio executives, it has been claimed.

Bosses at the BBC and Channel 4 are accused of turning a blind eye towards the entertainer’s behaviour while he worked for them as a presenter between 2006 and 2013.

The broadcasters have insisted they took all necessary steps over him, but executives could still be called before a Government select committee where MPs will grill them over what they knew.

Brand has been accused of rape, sexual assault and emotional abuse by multiple women, including one who says she was 16 at the time.

His behaviour is alleged to have been common knowledge among female performers on the comedy circuit, who are said to warned each other about him.

rand has posted a video on YouTube and Twitter refuting the allegations and insisted relationships at the time of his promiscuity’ were ‘consensual’.

However, his attitude towards women is alleged to have been an open secret in radio and TV production, according to sources who briefed The Sunday Times

He also has a history of making high-profile and controversial remarks about women on his shows – including calling newsreader Andrea Simmons a ‘sex bomb’ and describing her as ‘erotic’ and saying he wanted to ‘go under the desk’ while she was reading the news.

In 2008 a ferocious public backlash was sparked after Brand and Jonathan Ross called the much-loved Fawlty Towers actor Andrew Sachs during Brand’s show and left lewd messages on his answerphone – including bragging about sex with Sachs’s granddaughter Georgina Baillie, with whom he had a brief relationship.

According to The Sunday Times many believe the BBC should been awake to the concerns about Brand’s behaviour on his show well before the Sachsgate scandal.

Reportedly, a serious complaint was made by BBC staff to the station’s Controller Lesley Douglas about Brand’s behaviour in the studio, in December 2007.

Alice - not her real name - claims that Brand assaulted her when he was 31 and she was 16 and his 'sex addict personality is just a smokescreen for his dark behaviour'

The Times has reported that the complaint followed an ‘alarming display of aggression and disrespect’ by the radio host where he hurled objects in a fit of rage.

It also reported he urinated in a bottle in full view of production staff and a guest – who ‘appeared to be a minor’ – and had been invited to appear on Radio 2 by a charity.

This alleged complaint and any others that had been made were not mentioned in subsequent official reports into Sachsgate.

Douglas’ lawyers have said she ‘did not at any time encourage, enable and/or fail herself to take any adequate steps within her power with regard to the conduct of Russell Brand of which she was aware’.

‘She is presently unable to provide any further information which may be relevant to the matters raised in this article due to the obligations owed by her to her former employer,’ her lawyers added.

Brand left the BBC after the serious editorial breach in 2008 as did Douglas.

It’s long been known that men are more overconfident in their own abilities than women, which experts say helps to explain the gender pay gap.

But there is now evidence that even schoolboys are better at blowing their own trumpet.

In a new study, researchers from University College London showed teenagers 16 maths terms – including three that were fake.

Boys were significantly more likely than girls to claim they had heard these nonsense terms often and understood them well.

So, can you tell which three terms are made up?

In a new study, researchers from University College London showed teenagers 16 maths terms - including three that were fake. So, can you tell which are real?

In a new study, researchers from University College London showed teenagers 16 maths terms – including three that were fake. So, can you tell which are real?

Researchers looked at more than 40,000 teenagers across nine English-speaking countries, including England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland.

They were given a list of 16 maths terms, including real ones like cosine, quadratic function and rational number, and asked which they knew.

But the list included three fake maths terms – ‘declarative fraction’, ‘proper number’ and ‘subjunctive scaling’.

The results revealed that male participants were much more likely to claim to know the fake words.

Unfortunately, for the less brazen girls, the study suggests male overconfidence may actually help boys in life.

That is because those who exaggerated their maths ability were also more likely to persevere in tasks, and to believe they could work difficult things out – from how to get somewhere, to the petrol consumption of a car.

That could make them more keen to dive in to difficult tasks, helping to get ahead in a later career.

Professor John Jerrim, who led the study from University College London, said: ‘An ability to big yourself up, as seen in these boys who claimed to know the made-up maths terms, may help to get a job or pay rise in later life.

‘If you believe you know lots of things, and are great, that overconfidence can be helpful, and it could help to explain the gender pay gap.’

Boys were significantly more likely than girls to claim they had heard these nonsense terms often and understood them well

Boys were significantly more likely than girls to claim they had heard these nonsense terms often and understood them well

The study found teens in the US and Canada were most likely to be over-claimers, followed by those in England, Wales, Australia and New Zealand.

It may be expected that no one likes a know-it-all, but in fact the teenagers who over-claimed their maths knowledge also reported being more popular in general.

The study divided the 15-year-olds into four groups, including the greatest and least ‘over-claimers’.

This was based on whether they said they had never heard of the three fake maths terms, had heard the terms once or twice, a few times or often, or claimed they knew the maths terms well and understood them.

Among the biggest over-claimers, 40 per cent claimed to understand proper numbers, 15 per cent claimed to understand declarative fractions and 10 per cent said the same for subjunctive scaling, with no one saying this among the lowest over-claimers.

Boys were more likely to be over-claimers even when their actual mathematical abilities were taken into account.

The study found the biggest over-claimers were more likely to believe in their own academic prowess.

They were more likely to express confidence in their ability to do eight tasks, including calculating the petrol consumption rate of a car, solving equations, using a train timetable to work out a journey time, or calculating a price after a discount.

Over-claimers, who were more likely to come from a privileged background based on information about their parents’ jobs, education and household possessions, also believed themselves better problem-solvers.

They rated their perseverance more highly, when asked to rate how much they agreed with statements about giving up easily, putting in effort, and seeing tasks through to the end.

The results come from a school questionnaire given in every country studied, and are published in the journal Assessment in Education: Principles, Policy & Practice.

A record number of men in their 20s are choosing to go under the knife in order to have more control over family planning and to have unprotected sex.

A study published in the journal Urology looked at commercial health insurance claims data between 2014 and 2021 to calculate the annual vasectomy rate in men between the ages of 18 and 64 years old.

Researchers from the University of Chicago found the rate for vasectomies in the United States increased by 26 percent over the seven years.

The number of young men aged 18 to 24 opting for the procedure rose by 37 percent, they found, while the increase was greatest among men with no children with 61 percent receiving a vasectomy.

They did find that, overall, the number of men who received vasectomies across the country of all ages remained low at four percent.

But, anecdotally, doctors are noticing an upswing. Dr David Shusterman is a urologist and the founder of NY Urology, a medical practice specializing in urology, the area of medicine that focuses on reproductive organs.

He told DailyMail.com while vasectomies have always been most popular among middle-aged men who already have children, the number of men in their 20s coming to his clinic for a vasectomy has ‘doubled’ over the past decade.

The above map shows the proportion of men who have had a vasectomy by state. The figures are for men aged 18 to 64 years old and from the year 2021, the latest available. A vasectomy is a surgical procedure to sterilize a man where the tube carrying sperm from the testes is cut in half and sealed off

A vasectomy, which can cost $1,000, is a surgical procedure to sterilize a man in which the vas deferens, the tubes that carry sperm from the testicles to outside the body, are cut in half and sewn closed.

A man who has the operation is still able to ejaculate but the ejaculate will no longer contain sperm, which is necessary to impregnate someone.

A vasectomy is performed while patients are awake and under local anesthetic, ensuring they do not feel pain during the 30-minute operation.

Afterward, patients may feel uncomfortable in the scrotum and genital area for up to two weeks, doctors say.

The University of Chicago data suggests that by 2021, more than 150,000 men in their 20s and early 30s had a vasectomy, a surgical procedure where the tube that carries the sperm from the testicles is cut.

This was an increase of more than 20,000 men in this age group compared to 2014.

From 2014 to 2021, the proportion of men aged 25 to 34 who had a vasectomy rose 14 percent, while among those aged 18 to 24 it rose by 37 percent.

Dr Shusterman said he is now seeing about five to six men in their early 20s for vasectomies every year. In 2014, this figure was between just one to two.

Asked why the procedure is on the rise, Dr Shusterman said: ‘[The] number one reason is men wanting to have control over when they reproduce.

‘Number two, is the fact that they would rather have sex without a condom than with a condom.

‘And number three, there’s less fear of [sexually transmitted diseases], because there’s a lot of effective treatments to cure them. So, a lot more people are starting to realize that they can have unprotected sex in a fairly safe way.’

He also suspects the fear of unwanted pregnancies has increased following the reversal of Roe v Wade, which overturned abortion protections in the US.

Estimates suggest only a third of US men use a condom, but STD infections have set new record highs for eight years in a row.

However, there are suggestions men are being misled about the safety and possibility of reversal of the procedure.

They fear this means men getting the operation in order to hold off on starting a family may never be able to.

While it is possible to reverse a vasectomy, it becomes harder the longer it has been since the procedure — and it is almost impossible 10 years later.

This is because the tube that carries sperm can develop scar tissue, completely blocking the flow of sperm.

There is also a risk the immune system may start to attack sperm in the testicles because they are no longer being ejaculated, making a man infertile.

About 30 to 90 percent of vasectomy reversals are successful, the Mayo Clinic says, depending on how long it has been since the vasectomy was carried out.

And men are warned, vasectomies are not immediate fixes and they may need to wait two to four months before their ejaculate no longer contains sperm.

This is because after the operation there may still be sperm cells in the vas deferens that could be mixed into ejaculate.

Men who have vasectomies are asked to return to clinics two to four months after the procedure to have their semen tested to ensure the procedure was a success.

Not only are younger men going under the knife, but they are also talking publicly about their decision.

Texas-based influencer Keith Laue has revealed he had the procedure done at 23 years old.

He and his partner Taylor Ribar decided he should get one after they had their first child and agreed they did not want more.

They said a driving factor was the risk of restrictions on abortions, which prompted the couple to take action.

Mr Laue told Health.com: ‘I don’t really have any anxiety now around having a healthy sex life, and that’s a really nice feeling.

‘Here in Texas, there’s very much a mentality that if you don’t want to get pregnant, you shouldn’t have sex. That’s crazy to ask people to live like that.’

Electric vehicles (EVs) are often deemed the future of transport, with titans like Ford and Tesla racing to make them.

But a new study reveals that ‘more macho’ men may not see this the same way, in the bizarre belief that EVs will harm their image.

Dr Michael Parent, a researcher at the University of Texas at Austin (UT), claims that men who prioritise acting ‘like a real man’ are more likely to frown upon electric-powered cars.

High-performance gasoline vehicles are instead preferred as a marker of masculinity, he says, raising an alarming and unexpected uncertainty for efforts against climate change

‘It wouldn’t be a main driver of climate change, but it is one more, preventable, thing that adds to the pile of issues related to climate,’ Dr Parent told MailOnline.

A US-based study claims that cisgender men who want to seem like 'real men' dislike EVs (stock image)

A US-based study claims that cisgender men who want to seem like ‘real men’ dislike EVs (stock image)

‘Although the issue could be addressed through advertising, it would probably be better for education to address healthy gender role norms to reduce precarious masculinity in general.

‘That is related to a broad set of negative behaviours including sexism, homophobia, aggression, and others.’

As part of his research, Dr Parent examined the concept of ‘masculine contingency’ among 400 men living in the US.

Masculine contingency refers to the degree to which a person bases their self-worth on cultural standards of masculinity including toughness, status and anti-femininity.

These perceptions can be real or imagined, with all participants asked to agree or disagree with a series of statements including ‘I can’t respect myself if I don’t live up to what it means to be a “real man”.’

Answers were then compared with car purchasing habits and attitudes, examining whether gas/diesel, hybrid or electric was preferred.

Almost 40 per cent of men ranked EVs as the worst option, with many of these participants also holding the most traditional ‘masculine’ views.

Electric vehicles (EVs) are often deemed the future of transport, with titans like Ford and Tesla (pictured) racing to make them

‘Consumer good purchase decisions are made, to a degree, with consideration toward how those purchases reflect personal identities,’ Dr Parent wrote.

‘The prior literature has suggested that, overall, EVs may be appealing to men in terms of their fast acceleration and appeal as a technological innovation.

‘However, among men, endorsement of masculinity contingency was linked to lowered preference for EVs.’

These startling results come as countless car giants are racing to develop new game-changing EVs amid heightened environmental concern against typical fuel engines.

New movements, like London’s Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ), also encourage drivers to go electric, with a £12.50 daily charge for vehicles that don’t meet emission standards.

Psychologist Louise Goddard-Crawley claims the results even have roots in human evolution and long-established ideas of dominance.

‘From an evolutionary perspective, throughout human evolution, traits associated with masculinity, such as physical strength and dominance, were advantageous for survival and reproduction,’ she told MailOnline.

‘Traditional vehicles, with their loud engines and powerful performance, could symbolise these traits, making them more appealing to some individuals who value traditional masculinity.

‘Electric cars, being quieter and perhaps perceived as less powerful, may be seen as deviating from these evolutionary ideals, leading to resistance among those who strongly identify with traditional gender norms.’

Despite his findings, Dr Parent acknowledges that his study is limited, suggesting there is no data to show a direct causal link between masculinity and attitudes towards EVs.

Car preferences were also based on hypotheticals and not real purchase decisions, adding to the ambiguity of results.

‘It is likely that many men are susceptible to masculinity threats without being consciously aware of it and as such experimental research in the precarious masculinity paradigm on the topic of consumer research would be valuable,’ he wrote.

‘In sum, this study demonstrates a link between masculinity contingency and EV-related attitudes and purchase intentions, contributing to work on masculinities and consumer choices.’

Macho men who conform to male gender roles are more likely to struggle and be isolated in old age, researchers have warned.

Toxic masculinity – an attitude that incorporates a belief in ‘real men’ – impacts men’s social relationships, health, well-being and overall happiness, the study found.

A sociologist at Michigan State University said that when issues arise, like health or financial problems, men are less likely to share them with friends of family.

This may have a damaging impact on their mental health in later life, especially as they get older and retire, becoming more isolated.

Claims that the world is becoming ‘overpopulated’ have been in the zeitgeist for decades, but it’s a lack of new babies that really concerns experts in developed countries.

Japan announced this week that as many as a third of 18-year-old women may never have children due to a ‘sex recession’ that has plagued the country for decades.

One out of every 10 Japanese men in their 30s is still a virgin, and the country’s fertility rate has plummeted from 1.5 in 1992 to 1.34 births per woman in 2020.

The lack of babies being born is already having real-world impacts — Japan’s economy has stalled and caused the country to lose its place as an economic superpower.

And experts warn the US is barreling towards the same fate, with fertility rates at a historic low and an increase in sexless relationships.

Over time in the US, births have decreased while deaths have increased, leading to a decline in population

Fertility rates have dropped the most since 2005 in Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and California

As well as having one of the lowest birth rates in the world, Japan also has one of the highest life expectancies, meaning it is left with a rapidly aging society, a shrinking workforce and fewer taxpayers.

Experts told DailyMail.com that America could be in store for a host of problems, such as a slump in economic growth and difficulties for retirement systems, if the birth rate does not pick up.

A baby boom in the mid-20th century saw the average woman in the US give birth to between three and four children. Today, that rate is just 1.6 — the lowest level recorded since data was first tracked in 1800.

And there is ‘nothing in the data to suggest this trend is going to reverse itself anytime soon,’ Dr Phillip Levine, a professor of economics at Wellesley College in Massachusetts, told DailyMail.com.

He added that financial incentives — such as those promised in Japan for families with three or more children — are ‘unsuccessful’ at significantly raising a country’s birth rate, and we may have to ‘learn to live in a world in which the birth rate is low.’

In January 2023, Japan increased its financial incentives and offered 1m yen ($7,500) per child to families who moved out of greater Tokyo.

It topped an existing relocation fee of 300,000 yen ($2,000). It is too early to tell if it will make a lasting difference, but experts are not optimistic.

Dr Levine told DailyMail.com there will need to be economic reorganization to keep the country afloat, adding ‘jobs will be lost’ in manufacturing, construction and other fields and move into care and other services for the elderly.

This will ‘eventually have a damaging impact both on social cohesion and general wellbeing, and on economic dynamism’, he warned.

Dr Christopher Murray, a global health expert from the University of Washington, told DailyMail.com: ‘Since most purchases of real estate or consumer durables are in the working age adults, it will tend to put downward pressure on these types of assets.

‘In the long run, societies have to adapt to having more grandparents than grandchildren.

‘We are actually only just beginning to understand the myriad [of] challenges that sustained low fertility will have on societies.’

Previous research has revealed Americans are having far less sex than former generations.

A study from 2017 found that married or live-in couples had sex 16 fewer times per year in 2010-2014 compared to 2000-2004.

And couples had nine times more sex in 1995-1999 than they do now.

Experts have many theories as to why our interest in sex is dwindling – including porn addiction, lipido-sapping drugs like antidepressants, low testosterone levels among men, obesity and other factors.

Dr Stuart Fischer, an internal medicine physician in New York, told DailyMail.com that there needs to be a public mind shift where Americans start thinking about sex as a productive activity for the greater good and have more ‘goal-directed’ sex to increase the birth rate.

Japan announced this week that as many as a third of 18-year-old women may never have children due to a ‘sex recession’ that has plagued the country for decades

The number of American women with at least one child has fallen to just 52.1 percent, while the number of men dropped to 39.7 percent in 2019

In Japan, the falling birth rate has been attributed to a waning appetite for marriage and parenting and growing financial worries, leaving couples questioning whether they can afford children.

It is also due to a vicious cycle of fewer children who then have fewer children, said Takuya Hoshino, senior economist at Dai-ichi Life Research Institute.

As people have less children, they are able to spend more on each child than families have in the past. That drives up the average cost of raising a child for the broader population, putting some people off from having children, he said.

In the US, similar problems are blamed, as well as women prioritizing careers and the rise of fertility treatments, leaving many to think they can wait.

But Dr Levine said the evidence for these theories ‘isn’t really that great’ and admitted that researchers don’t have a ‘firm grasp’ on why American women are having fewer children.

‘States where housing costs are rising more or childcare costs are rising more don’t have birth rates that are falling more rapidly than other states,’ he said.

For example, Massachusetts has the most expensive childcare but has the fourth lowest fertility rate out of the states.

‘It doesn’t seem like it’s about the finances; it seems like it’s about what people want out of their lives.’

He said: ‘The Great Recession definitely started the ball rolling in the US and births are routinely linked to economic activity.

‘But when the recession ended, births didn’t rebound, they just kept going down. So that clearly played a role at the beginning, but not an ongoing role because the recession did end.’

Instead, Dr Levine thinks the falling birth rate is likely due to ‘changing preferences, life goals and aspirations’ among women and their partners.

‘Marriage and childbearing may not be quite as much of a priority among more recent waves as young people, as they have been in the past,’ he said, but added that this is not ‘country-specific.’

An erosion of family values and religious principles might also be a factor, Dr Fischer said.

In Japan, the number of children has been falling for more than four decades, which is having a disastrous effect on GDP and productivity.

Japan’s population of 126.15 million in 2020 is projected to fall to 87 million by 2070, according to the National Institute of Population and Social Security Research.

In Japan, the falling birth rate has been attributed to a waning appetite for marriage and parenting and growing financial worries, leaving couples questioning whether they can afford children

In China, the infamous one-child policy had catastrophic effects. Described as the worst policy in history, it caused China’s fertility rate to crash by more than half, from 5.8 births per woman in 1970 to 2.7 births per woman in 1979.

And the effects are still being felt. Government data estimates showed China’s fertility rate dropped to a record low of 1.09 in 2022 — the lowest of any country with a population over 100 million.

A falling birth rate is detrimental to a country for several reasons. Fewer births means fewer workers, which has ‘implications for economic activity and economic growth,’ Dr Levine said.

‘It causes problems for retirement systems that are based on current workers paying benefits for current retirees,’ he said, as well as difficulties ‘funding and managing a school system.’

Dr Fischer agreed that the reasons for America’s falling birth rate are sociological.

‘People are more anxious than ever,’ he said. ‘People are in more desperate conditions; the economy is obviously very, very unstable. This is not the situation that would have occurred after winning a World War, let’s say, where you’re happy and you want to start a family. This is the antithesis of that.’

The rising cost of living has been a deterrent for people to start a family, Dr Fischer said.

He also noted how dating has changed over the years. ‘In the old days, that would be arranged marriages,’ he said.

Dr Fischer said the pandemic, technological advances, and increasing use of the internet have caused people to become ‘more insular.’

‘It’s easier to become isolated from society on the internet… and you don’t really want to go out because you’re depressed,’ he said, pointing to America’s growing mental health crisis, with one in five adults currently clinically depressed.

He added that rising obesity rates could be having an impact on fertility for both men and women.

‘When you have obese men, the balance of testosterone and estrogen isn’t correct, so there can be fertility problems,’ he said.

Three men accused of plying a British teenager with alcohol before gang-raping her in a Magaluf hotel are alleged to have called strangers into their room to enjoy ‘free sex’, it has been claimed.

A total of eight men are accused of raping the 18-year-old woman, according to Spanish police, who said the suspects did not know each other prior to the attack on August 14.

Civil Guard investigators discovered one of the men involved in the alleged rape knew the victim by sight and was staying in the same hotel.

He is said to have partnered with two of the other suspects, who saw the woman drunk in a bar in the early hours and decided to buy her even more drinks with the intention of incapacitating her, investigators believe.

Those three are said to have begun the abuse, before inviting strangers in the corridor to follow them into their hotel room for ‘free sex’, according to local media.

The girl fled a hotel room at around 5am, telling police she had woken up surrounded by young people holding mobile phones.

Six suspects – five French and one Swiss – are in jail in Palma, while two more suspects were arrested in France on Sunday and are awaiting extradition.

The spokesman said: ‘The Civil Guard has closed the investigation sparked by the alleged gang rape that took place in a hotel in Magaluf in the early hours of August 14.

‘Officers saw early on the complexity of the investigation, as the alleged aggressors didn’t form part of the same group of friends but, encouraged by other participants, had allegedly joined the group action in sporadic acts, meaning no type of relationship existed between them,’ he said.

A number of men have since been taken into custody by police, with police in France making the latest arrests after Spanish cops discovered the men had flown to Germany before crossing the border en route to the French city of Strasbourg.

The pair arrested on Sunday face extradition to Majorca, while Civil Guard officers announced yesterday their probe to identify the men involved had now concluded.

Confirming the first six suspects had been held the day of the alleged sex attack and remanded in prison, the force said in a statement: ‘The probe continued to identify the two young men whose arrests were pending.

‘Once they had been identified, officers discovered they had taken a flight to Baden-Baden in Germany so they could head to their homes in the Strasbourg area.

‘The Civil Guard sought the assistance of the French authorities through the normal channels and issued European Arrest Warrants to avoid them evading justice.

‘On Sunday, the French police confirmed they arrested one of them in the French locality of Scherwiller before subsequently confirming a second arrest at Basilea Mulhouse Freiburg Airport in France, when that suspect was trying to take a flight to Turkey to avoid detention.’

Officers initially identified three suspects by ringing the girl’s phone, which it was claimed had been stolen during the ordeal.

The man who answered and two of his friends were then duped into heading to the hotel’s reception without realising that they were going to meet police and the girl.

The alleged victim pointed at the men – named as Anthony G, 20, Anthony A, 20, and Khalil A, 18 – and they were quickly arrested.

Two other French men, Thomas E, 23, and Romain C, 26, were reportedly arrested later at the hotel along with the Swiss man Lucas H who is aged 20.

The arrests were made after the victim described the men to police and ‘various surveillance devices’ were placed on the hotel entrances.

All six men were held on suspicion of rape and remanded in custody on Tuesday at a court hearing on the island capital Palma.

Over the weekend, it emerged the judge who refused the six suspects bail and remanded them in prison pending an ongoing criminal probe had concluded the British teenager had suffered ‘really humiliating and degrading treatment’ and described the men’s claims sex was consensual as ‘completely preposterous’.

Mobile phone footage of the alleged sex attack, seized by police on the suspects’ phones and handed over to the investigating judge, is said to have shown the men had been ‘enjoying themselves and laughing.’

On Sunday, Spanish newspaper Ultima Hora published more details of the judge’s remand ruling that it appeared to have been given full or partial access to.

It said the suspects had allegedly ‘deliberately taken advantage’ of their alleged victim’s drunkenness to persuade her to accompany them to a hotel room before ‘surrounding her’ and ‘carrying out numerous sexual practices’ with her despite her ‘obvious lack of awareness and willing to carry out those practices.’

The criminal investigation has now been passed on to Palma’s Court of Instruction Number Two, having been dealt with by a duty court in its initial stages.

The British teenager, who gave a statement to police as well as the investigating judge in court, is said to have flown back to the UK with a female friend who was on holiday with her.

Medical reports revealed that the girl had several bruises or grip marks on her right arm, suggesting she had been held down, and a small cut on her upper chest.

Police have already confirmed they found footage on the suspects’ mobile phones showing the alleged multiple rape that is now in the hands of the investigating judge and could form a ‘key part’ of the case.

The alleged gang rape is believed to have taken place at the BH Hotel in Magaluf on Monday, August 14

BH Mallorca Resort, the hotel where the alleged sex attack took place, has said it is cooperating fully with police and offered its support to the unnamed holidaymaker.

A spokesman said in a statement released last Thursday: ‘The BH Mallorca Resort deeply regrets what has happened and would like to manifest its firm and forceful repudiation of the alleged sexual attack that occurred in the early hours of Monday August 14 at the hotel.

‘The hotel also wants to demonstrate its solidarity with the alleged victim of this aggression.

‘We are co-operating fully with the Civil Guard and its investigators in everything they consider to be necessary.

‘This hotel ratifies through this statement its commitment to the condemnation of all types of sexual attacks that affect peoples’ dignity and physical integrity.

‘Behaviour that undermines those rights has no place in this establishment.’

The hotel said it would be making no further comment for the time being.

A security guard at the hotel reportedly came to the rescue of the 18-year-old Brit after finding her sobbing on the floor in the lobby.

He called police after finding her around 5am on Monday, recalling how he had just come in for his morning shift and describing the police response as very quick and efficient.

Investigators have already looked at CCTV images the hotel has provided and carried out an inspection of the room where the alleged gang rape took place.

The men held and remanded in prison have not yet been charged with any crime as is normal in Spain, where formal charges are only laid shortly before trial.

At this stage they are ‘investigados’ in an ongoing criminal probe, which means they are under formal investigation.

It is not known if the British teenager has hired her own lawyer.

The four-star adults-only BH Mallorca Resort describes itself as the ‘best accommodation option in Magaluf’ on its website.

It has its own beach club with over 100 VIP beds, a DJ booth and dance floor.

She has long blonde hair, blue eyes and curves, but the stunning model on the magazine cover was generated by artificial intelligence.

DailyMail.com spoke to the creator of Gina Stewart, who became the world’s first AI model after landing a contract with a German-based modeling agency in May.

While men have designed many AI influencers, Gina was created by a woman who is a Playboy model – and she made the persona based on her own proportions and style. However, her AI model is 28, and she is 52.

‘The funny thing is the men love it,’ the creator, also named Gina, told DailyMail.com. ‘The AI models are glamorous, beautiful and desirable, like Playboy models of the 90s.

‘I guess it’s a similar concept to superheroes; everyone loves and has a favorite superhero, they go to the movies to watch, admire and obsess over them.

‘They want to be them, but they are not real. It’s a fantasy and an escape from reality.’

The Australian creator is a mother of four and a grandmother who is a health and wellness coach when she is not designing her AI persona and posing for Playboy.

‘I look after myself with a mixture of yoga, light weights, meditation, and I believe testing for nutrition deficiency and supplementation,’ she said.

‘At 52, I don’t have one gray hair on my head.’

Gina, known as the ‘world’s hottest grandma,’ shot to stardom on OnlyFans, but took her talents to Playboy in March after the UK-based subscription service had become too ‘smutty’ for her taste.

And shortly after, AI Gina was created.

‘While traveling this summer in the US, I took a break from taking photos on social media,’ said Gina.

‘I was getting tired of setting up shots, hair, nails, makeup, clothing etc and all the time it takes from my day and the stress involved. I thought there must be a better way to work this if I needed a break.’

And this was the moment 28-year-old Gina from California was born.

AI influencers are taking the internet by storm.

These rising stars – who combined have hundreds of thousands of followers – are receiving admiration and cash from real men.

The human creators of these AI influencers are unknown faces on the web, only pushing out content to likely live a life they had only dreamed of.

However, this is not the case for Gina, who is transparent about her identity and how her AI persona came about.

‘I looked into AI and collaborated with an incredible artist on Instagram,’ she said.

‘We used 1,000 real photos of myself from all angles and naked, trained a deep learning program through stable diffusion, and cloned me.

The results were mind-blowing.

Initially, it was a bit of fun, so I started posting the AI version of myself on social media as a replacement for myself every day for a month, and then something funny happened. People loved her, and support started flowing in.

A car magazine approached me to use my ai for the cover of its magazine. So I accepted and was offered a 14-page pictorial.

‘It’s the latest edition 105 Autobabes magazine available in print and digitally worldwide.

‘Instantly, I became the world’s first real-life female model to have an AI magazine cover making history.’

After the magazine cover was printed worldwide, Gina was approached by an international modeling agency in Europe.

‘I’m in all new territory. This has never happened before in world history,’ she said.

The AI Gina also lets her create anything for any modeling agency with a push of a few buttons.

‘The beauty is I can sit on a beach in Malibu and create an AI model for a BMW campaign standing next to the car in front of the Eiffel Tower, Gina said.

‘Saving manpower, and time and being highly efficient.

I don’t have to wait for the weather, makeup or lighting. I don’t need taxis, hire cars, air travel, hotels, clothing etc.

I believe in sustainability and doing something good for the environment. So this way, I am not using huge resources.’

The Gender Orgasm Gap: Scientist reveals why women climax less than men during sex

An expert has claimed to solve the puzzle as to why women climax less than men.

A professor at the University of Florida found just four percent of heterosexual women orgasm through penetration, but 96 percent of women can do so by clitoral stimulation.

Other studies have found that women also orgasm faster when pleasuring themselves – an average of eight minutes, compared to 14 minutes during sex.

The professor blames the disparity between sexes on films and TV series, which consistently show women orgasm during intercourse.

Professor Laurie Mintz recently shared her findings in The Conversation, highlighting the misconception of female orgasms.

‘Indeed, educating people on the fact that women don’t have a limited biological capacity for orgasm is important,’ she wrote.

‘Likewise, education for both men and women about the clitoris could be a game-changer.’

She discussed a 2017 study conducted by researchers at Chapman University who asked more than 50,000 Americans about their climax frequency.

The sample group included: heterosexual men, gay men, bisexual men, lesbian women and heterosexual women.

‘Heterosexual men were most likely to say they usually-always orgasmed when sexually intimate (95%), followed by gay men (89%), bisexual men (88%), lesbian women (86%), bisexual women (66%), and heterosexual women (65%),’ reads the study.

However, the team found that women reported climaxing more frequently when receiving oral sex.

‘Women were more likely to orgasm if their last sexual encounter included deep kissing, manual genital stimulation, and/or oral sex in addition to vaginal intercourse,’ the researchers wrote.

Mintz noted that at least 92 percent of women orgasm when pleasuring themselves.

A 2018 study in the Journal of Sexual Medicine found that women also tend to climax faster during masturbation than during sex with a partner.

The research included 2,304 women who completed a questionnaire about their health, lifestyle habits, sexual history and activities, orgasms and distress.

On average, the women reached orgasm in 14 minutes during partnered sex but climaxed in eight minutes while pleasuring themselves.

Mintz suggested partners should ‘take turns having orgasms using oral sex or manual stimulation, along with using a vibrator during intercourse.
