Alicia Keys filed paperwork to trademark the name Alicia Teas.

The 15-time Grammy award winning artist’s company, AK Worldwide, filed the rights to the name, according to TMZ. 

The 42-year-old singer appeared to get the idea for her own tea line after her husband Swizz Beatz, 45, gifted her a personalized tea line in 2020 for her birthday.

In a since deleted post on her Instagram in late January 2020, Alicia was gifted personalized tea bags he called ‘Alicia Teas.’

She told him at the time: ‘It means you did this very far in advance,’ according to Revolt TV. 

Swizz told her at the time: ‘Everybody in Starbucks all around the world gonna see Alicia Teas. Happy birthday baby. Love you.’

The lovebirds first met in the 1990s when she was 14 and he was 16 – they met via mutual friends but did not hit it off.

When they both found success in the music industry, the stars consistently attended the same events but Alicia was not interested, per People.

‘We ended up in the same circles at various awards shows and industry events. He’d usually pull up in some fancy car, rolling deep with his Bronx crew and shining with diamonds. I wanted nothing to do with that scene or with Swizz,’ she said in her memoir More Myself.

The duo worked on a music project together in 2008 – which led to Alicia getting to know Swizz as a person.

‘The more we talked the more I noticed how his mind worked. Beyond the baggy jeans and arm tats there was depth. He was so aware of what was happening around the world,’ she wrote.

The couple began dating fall 2008; Two years later, in May 2010 – they announced their engagement and that they were expecting their first child together. 

They wed July 31, 2010 and welcomed their first child together on October 14, 2010: Eqypt Daoud Dean, now aged 12.

Their second son Genesis Ali Dean, born December 27, 2014, now aged eight. 

Swizz, born Kasseem Daoud Dean, has three children from previous relationships: son Prince Nasir, 22, with ex-partner Nicole Levy; son Kasseem Dean Jr, 16, with his ex-wife Mashonda Tifrere; and daughter Nicole, 15, with singer Jahna Sebastian.

Alicia is also the founder of the skin and makeup brand Keys Soulcare; she created the brand alongside dermatologist Dr. Renee Snyder.

The brand is vegan, cruelty free, and fair trade certified. 

Keys Soulcare also features candles.

Alicia began her professional music career at age 15 – when she was signed by Columbia Records.

The New York native discovered her passion for piano at age six, and started classical piano training the following year.

At age 10, a neighbor who moved gave her their old piano, allowing her to practice for hours at a time.

After she was signed to Columbia Records at age 15 – before negotiating out of her record deal to Arista Records in 1998 due to not wanting to be put it ‘their box’ of who she should be as an artist.

Clive Davis – who was at Arista Records – began his own record label called J Records and signed her to that.

She performed her debut single Fallin on Oprah and it became a hit, going number on Billboard’s Hot 100.

Her debut album Songs in A Minor was released in 2001 to critical and public acclaim.

Alicia’s follow up album The Diary of Alicia Keys proved to be a hit as well; it was released in 2003. 

Her third album As I Am, was released in 2007, and her fourth he Element of Freedom in 2009.

Alicia’s fifth album Girl on Fire dropped 2012, and her latest album Here in 2016.

As news of a South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem’s secret affair with Corey Lewandowski came to light, questions have swirled about the state’s First Gentleman.

Bryon Noem, who says ‘marrying Kristi was the best decision he ever made,’ has stayed silent amid the explosive revelations.

Bryon has often loomed in the shadows as Noem ascended through politics – eventually taking the helm of South Dakota as their 33rd governor in 2018 when she promised to uphold the wholesome family values the state has ‘long embraced.’

According to the governor’s website, The 33rd First Gentleman grew up on a farm near Bryant where he says his love of small towns began. 

Bryon is an American businessman, rancher and insurer but is best known for his role as Noem’s second half.

Graduating from Northern State University with a degree in business and finance Bryon worked on the family farm, coached basketball and eventually moved into the world of insurance.

He met Noem in high school when she had aspirations of becoming a farmer and rancher. 

Together the pair operated a farm and ranch, opened an ice cream store helped manage a family restaurant, and pursued numerous other business ventures together.

While photographs of the couple show them beaming as they embrace and in front of the cameras, at least, showing a united front.

The pair had three children which they describe as their ‘greatest accomplishment’ –  Kassidy, Kennedy, and Booker.

As the glamorous Noem takes center stage, most recently endorsing Trump at a party fundraiser in Rapid City, Bryon continues to operate an insurance agency in Bryant and Watertown and coaches basketball.

His focus as First Gentleman of South Dakota has always been to keep small towns thriving given his personal history.

‘I am proud to be from rural South Dakota. It’s where I learned the values of hard work and self-reliance, where Kristi and I chose to raise our kids, where we started an insurance business and hunting lodge, and where my family has farmed and ranched for a century,’ he explained on his bio.

‘But many small towns like ours are struggling today. Class sizes are dropping. Businesses can’t afford to stay open. And fewer kids are coming home to farm or ranch. 

‘While South Dakota has grown by more than 100,000 people since 2000, rural populations have decreased. 

He added that seeing the larger communities flourish is ‘exciting’ but didn’t want to ‘lose South Dakota’s rural culture.’

‘I want to remind people that these are some of the best places to raise a family or start a business,’ he said.

‘I want to show that our way of life here is worth celebrating and promoting. I want to listen to peoples’ stories and learn from their experiences, then share them with others.’

News of the affair between Married Noem and Lewandowski, who is also married, broke on Friday.

The clandestine relationship could threaten to wreck Noem’s chances of joining Trump’s ticket in a potential rematch with President Joe Biden.

Neither denied the affair when asked by DailyMail.com. The Governor issued a statement questioning the timing of the article, while Lewandowski did not respond to a request for comment. 

However, after the initial publication of the article, Noem’s spokesman Ian Fury vehemently insisted the pair had never had an affair. 

The two met up on Friday last week when Lewandowski traveled with Trump to Rapid City, South Dakota, for a campaign rally. 

But the pair – who were made aware of a pending story about their relationship – were careful to have no public interaction in contrast to previous occasions, as DailyMail.com’s exclusive photos show.

Glamorous Noem – who served four terms as her state’s only member of the US House of Representatives – won the governorship in 2018 promising to uphold the wholesome family values that she said South Dakotans have ‘long embraced’.

Defending ‘traditional marriage,’ which she defined as ‘a special, God-given union between one man and one woman’, was particularly important to her.

It was the foundation for her beliefs, policy priorities and the ideals she lives by, said Noem, who has a son and two daughters with her husband Bryon who she married in 1992.

She has long been linked with Lewandowski, 49, who has been pushing hard for Trump to add her to his ticket.

The far-right website American Greatness claimed in 2021 the two had been romantically involved, although it gave no details.

At the time she scornfully dismissed the story as ‘total garbage and a disgusting lie’, and said she loved her husband and was ‘proud of the God-fearing family’ they had raised, and the story quickly died.

But a DailyMail.com investigation has uncovered extensive evidence of the couple’s romantic relationship: Dozens of trips that mixed business with pleasure, flights on donors’ private planes, and stays at luxury resorts where their intimacy was observed and noted.

Lewandowski, who married 9/11 widow Alison Hardy in 2005 and has four children, did not respond to requests for comment.

He allegedly had an affair with campaign press secretary Hope Hicks, and in the run-up to the 2016 election he was arrested for manhandling Breitbart News reporter Michelle Fields at a press conference in Florida. Charges were later dropped.

Naomi Watts and her new husband Billy Crudup have attended a pre-show cocktail event for Brooke Shields‘ one-woman show, Previously Owned.

The Mulholland Drive actress, 54, and Watchmen star, 55, looked dapper for the outing, sponsored by Australian wine brand Bird In Hand and held at the Café Carlyle in New York on Tuesday. 

At one point, Watts shared a kiss with her female friend, former InStyle editor-in-chief Laura Brown.

The Academy Award-nominated actress was radiant for the outing, wearing a white blazer over a floral-print blouse.  

The British-Australian actress pulled her trademark blonde tresses back in a low ponytail for the catch-up. 

Her Almost Famous actor husband meanwhile looked sharp in a royal blue suit and sported a salt and pepper beard.

The outing comes after Naomi opened up about her sex life with her new husband and the complications of keeping her libido ‘alive’ while going through the menopause.

Watts married Eat Pray Love star Billy earlier this year on June 9 in a very low-key ceremony and Naomi admitted they’re still very much in the ‘honeymoon stage’ of their relationship.

Speaking at an exclusive event at Canoe Place Inn & Cottages in Hampton Bays on Thursday evening, Naomi explained how communication had been the ‘biggest key’ in her romance with 55-year-old Billy and it had led to them having ‘pretty great sex.’

The King Kong star previously revealed that she went through early menopause at the age of 36 and felt like she was ‘spiraling out of control’ thanks to hot flashes and mood swings, which led to the launch of her wellness brand, Stripes.

During the conversation, which was entitled ‘Unlocking Intimacy: Navigating Passion in Midlife,’ she admitted that ‘sex becomes more pleasurable’ with age.

During a panel chat about menopause with doctors Suzanne Fenske and Somi Javaid, Naomi said: ‘We’ve heard tonight that there are complications, keeping the sex and the libido alive and everything, but sometimes people have the complete reverse effect.

‘In fact, I think there was a time, generations ago, and talking about what menopause actually was… it was hysteria and some women were nymphomaniacs. Like we were just crazy old crows that wanted sex too much,’ she added with a laugh.

‘I personally think sex becomes more pleasurable when you take out the fear of like making babies… when you know it’s not the right time… like what is that expression… “closed for business, open for pleasure!”

Naomi and Billy met on the set of her 2017 Netflix series Gypsy. 

In the series, Naomi starred as a therapist who uses an alias to develop close (and unethical) relationships with people intimately connected to her patients, while Crudup played her husband.

The costars began a relationship later in 2017, a year after Naomi had split from her partner of 11 years, the actor Liev Schreiber.

Giles Broadbent – the husband of former Blue Peter star Diane-Louise Jordan – has passed away aged 51 following a short illness.

Giles, who was part of the Stringfever quartet and played the violin, had been ‘unwell’ in the months prior to his death, it was confirmed on Thursday.

The statement, released by his band, said: ‘Although Giles had not been well recently, we as a family are still in shock at his passing. The band will be taking a break whilst we make funeral arrangements.’

Diane-Louise, 63, and Giles had been married for 16 years after tying the knot in 2007. They have a daughter, Justine, previously Diane-Louise’s niece, but whom she adopted when her sister died unexpectedly.

Former Songs of Praise presenter Diane has previously gushed over her ‘magnificent’ husband who she called a ‘genius violinist’.

On the band’s website, Giles described himself as ‘young at heart’ and revealed his love for the ‘buzz of performing live shows’.

Speaking to Sheer Luxe last year, she said: ‘We share similar values, even though we’re quite different people – I’m much more of an introvert and Giles loves the house to be busy and full of people. 

‘He’s also a musician, so he’s very expressive too.’

The couple, who met in 2006, enjoyed a whirlwind romance before marrying just a year later.

During his career, Giles led some major orchestras for some much-loved West End shows including Phantom Of The Opera and My Fair Lady.

He formed his band in 2003 alongside his brothers Ralph and Neal, and cousin Graham.

The quartet previously went viral when they uploaded a video playing their version of Ravel’s Bolero, where all four players play on one cello at the same time.

Their music is a mix of classical, film soundtracks and rock’n’roll hits and have proved a huge success worldwide, touring across India and China.

Diane, who is best known for being Blue Peter’s first black presenter in 1990, was a favourite among viewers and shared a close bond with co-star Anthea Turner.

Speaking to the The Sun last year, she said: ‘I was definitely told it was a big thing for me to become the first black presenter. There’ll be media interest and there may be members of the public that aren’t happy about this. At that time Blue Peter was a bit of an institution. It was the nation’s favourite children’s programme. There was a lot that rested on that decision.

‘For any Blue Peter presenter you’re more than a presenter, you’re an ambassador really, and so to be the first black presenter I definitely knew getting that job was much more than representing myself. I knew the spotlight was on me and if I got it wrong that might reflect in a negative way on others like me.

It was around this time that Diane became a guardian to her niece Justin, following the sudden death of her sister Jay after she contracted a virus. 

Kroy Biermann has refiled for divorce from Kim Zolciak after a brief reconciliation.

Biermann, 37, filed legal documents Thursday saying that the union has been ‘irretrievably broken,’ TMZ reported.

The former Atlanta Falcons player is requesting sole legal and physical custody of the family’s four minor children, the outlet reported.

He is also asking for child support, alimony and the family’s Milton, Georgia mansion, meaning the Real Housewives Of Atlanta star, 45, would have to vacate the premises. 

Thursday’s filing marks the latest problem for the pair, who have been hindered by major financial and relationship problems in recent months, having initially split in May before calling off their divorce in July.

Biermann and Zolciak had first parted in May; at the time, Biermann called Zolciak a ‘compulsive behavior addict’ who had squandered an astounding $1.5 million dollars of the family finances gambling.

The NFL alum made the allegations against Zolciak after she called police May 4 at their Milton, Georgia mansion, prior to his first divorce filing.

The accusations about Zolciak’s gambling losses were seen in a Milton Police Department bodycam video after officers responded to the home after Kim reported a domestic dispute.

The footage was obtained by RadarOnline.com after Biermann and Zolciak filed for divorce from one another amid a 12-year marriage.   

Biermann – who was cautious as he spoke to law enforcement in hopes Zolciak would not hear him- called the Bravo personality a ‘narcissist to the extreme level.’

Biermann said that Zolciak’s penchant for gambling had grown exponentially in recent years.

‘It’s probably been going on for pretty much our entire marriage and it’s gotten significantly worse,’ Biermann said of Zolciak, who was pictured at a Bitcoin ATM in June in Atlanta. ‘In the last two years, she’s gambled away $700,000 – just in the last two-and-a-half years.’

He added: ‘The total in the marriage was about $1.5 million dollars – and she does it online.’ 

In the incident, Zolciak told police that Biermann had locked in a safe a cache of valuable items she owned that were worth $175,000 – including designer purses and jewelry – and hid the key from her. 

Biermann said he believed the lot of items fell under the classification of community property, adding of the items: ‘The problem is these are the assets, there are no [other] assets to go to.’

Biermann told police that the Don’t Be Tardy alum ‘has decimated everything’ with her penchant for gambling; he added that some of her gaming activity was illegal.

Zolciak and Biermann’s four kids – Kroy Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kane and Kaia, nine – were at home at the time of the altercation. 

Biermann had adopted Zolciak’s older children from previous relationships – Brielle, 26, and Ariana Biermann, 21 – when they were minors in the couple’s earlier years. 

Brielle has also been dogged by financial issues as of late, as she was sued by American Express over an unpaid balance. 

Zolciak sold off some of daughter Brielle Biermann’s designer goods last month to drum up funds, with asking prices up to $20,000 for the high-ticket items. 

In their first two months of being split – in which both asked the court for sole legal and physical custody of their four younger children – Zolciak and Biermann took issue with one another in court documents.

Zolciak said that Biermann smokes marijuana, calling into credibility his ability to raise their kids; while Biermann claimed that Zolciak’s gambling habit has consumed her time and decimated the family finances.

Biermann told officers they had continued to sleep in the same bed but did not engage with one another.

News broke last month that the reality TV pair had decided not to split, withdrawing their divorce papers in Superior Court of Fulton County in Georgia. They were seen shortly before attending a church together in Atlanta.

Zolciak rose to fame as a member of the cast of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta, and parlayed her popularity into the spinoff Don’t Be Tardy… on Bravo. She also competed on five episodes of Dancing with the Stars in 2015.

Biermann was drafted into the NFL in 2008 after attending Montana, and played eight seasons, all for the Falcons. He has his most productive year on the field in 2012 when he started 14 games, racking up 36 tackles, three sacks and scoring a touchdown on an interception.

The pair exchanged vows in a lavish $1 million wedding on November 11, 2011 – marking the date 11/11/11 – at their Georgia mansion.

THE GOD OF NO GOOD

Sita Walker’s heartfelt memoir opens in a café in Brisbane, Australia, over a vanilla custard slice.

Walker had just taken a bite when her husband, Borhan, announced he no longer wanted to be married. She had icing sugar on her face and assumed it was a joke — but he was perfectly serious. There had been no fighting, no arguments — but he wanted out.

Walker had form when it came to break-ups, having already ‘left God’. Raised in the Baha’i Faith (which believes in the unity and equality of humanity, and in one God), she married at 20, had sex for the first time on her wedding night, and didn’t touched a drop of alcohol (‘not even in a plum pudding’) until she was 28.

Unlike her husband, who ‘left God like Noel Gallagher left Oasis’, Walker’s faith gradually ebbed away into a state of doubt. She maintained a facade with her family — not swearing, smoking or drinking when she was with them, making excuses not to participate in Faith activities. She stepped away so stealthily no one suspected she’d left her religion.

Aged 35, unmoored by the end of not one relationship but two, Walker packed up her three children and moved to a rental: adrift in a ‘sea of unbelieving’.

But this is not, she says, a book about divorce or God. (Not entirely, anyway.) ‘Like everything else, this is about love.’

Lost and bewildered Walker may be when we first meet her, but she comes from a family with an extraordinary capacity for love. Her memoir reads like a novel — a sprawling, intimate, intergenerational family saga. And what a family. Warm, wise and anchored by not one but five strong women: Walker’s grandmother, Dolly; her mother, Fari; and her remarkable aunties, Mehri, Irie and Mona, who dispense love, well-intentioned advice, and chai in equal measure.

It is a family of cousins who feel like siblings, full of whispered intimacies and unspoken, affectionate shorthand.

Walker’s own story is a springboard into the family’s past as she skates elegantly between generations and around the globe. She takes us from Tehran in 1946, where widowed Dolly cleans, sews and scrimps to keep her five children to India in 1952, where a terrified Fari cowers in a mulberry tree, chanting a magic prayer against a black panther. In 1966, Dolly and her daughters flee heartbreak, in search of a new life in Australia where, in 1980s Toowoomba, four-year-old Sita — her parents’ fourth child, her father’s ‘precious treasure’ — eats chapatis and begs Dolly to sing You Are My Sunshine yet again.

Intertwined throughout is the ending of Walker’s marriage. After Borhan’s declaration over that vanilla slice, they drift towards a civilised separation until, in 2015, they mark their divorce by taking hallucinogenic drugs together in the forest.

A novel approach which certainly promises more excitement than arguing in a lawyer’s office.

This, Borhan tells her, will allow them to subconsciously uncouple.

In her drug-induced state Walker sees her family’s souls as elements. And, suddenly, she understands: she is fire and so is he. Together they are ‘too much fire’. Little wonder their relationship is a ‘ravaged’ landscape.

The matriarchs gather her to their collective bosom. Her students — she is clearly an excellent and loved English teacher — notice that she is different and shyly offer their sympathy.

And then there is a new love affair — with Anthony, a kind, interesting, charming actor, who kisses ‘like Joseph Fiennes in Shakespeare In Love’. (This quality is accorded the reverence it warrants.)

Walker has an eagle ear for dialogue, an eye for absurdity, and is drolly self-deprecating. She tells us that this is ‘no post-divorce Eat, Pray, Love’. But on a more modest scale, it is — as told by Nora Ephron. Food is offered as comfort incarnate, there is faith and there is an abundance of love.

Walker realises she must listen to the women who raised her for the fate of her soul. In the words of redoubtable Aunty Mona, take the fear from her heart and fill it with love. For that, and only that, is the answer.

Melania Trump believes former President Donald Trump‘s fourth indictment is ‘another problem for her husband’ and ‘not for her,’ as she’s kept a low profile in New York City amid the ex-president’s legal woes. 

People Magazine gave an update on the former first lady Wednesday evening, with a social source telling the magazine that ‘Melania publicly supports her husband but privately prefers a life with 100 percent privacy and no press scrutiny.’ 

‘She hates all of the legal problems and says very little about them anytime anywhere,’ a source stated. ‘She leads her own life.’ 

The revelation came days after a Georgia grand jury indicted Trump and 18 others for their alleged roles in trying to overturn the 2020 election in the state. Trump has blasted the RICO charges, calling them a political witch hunt.

Melania’s latest apparent feelings seem to echo her famous green coat that drew ire when she wore it as her husband was president and read: ‘I really don’t care. Do you?’

Trump faces criminal cases in Florida, Georgia, New York and Washington, DC. He was indicted in New York on charges related to the alleged hush-money payments made to porn star Stormy Daniels. 

His Florida case is on federal charges related to the handling of classified documents. He was also indicted by special prosecutor Jack Smith for allegations of election interference. 

 DailyMail.com exclusively reported that Melania joined the ex-president and Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo and her husband Jonathan for a double date at Bedminster after Trump returned from federal court in Washington, D.C., on August 3, for an appearance related to the election interference charges. 

No pictures were captured, however, of the former first lady at the Bedminster dinner. 

It marked the only time, thus far, that Trump didn’t address a crowd of supporters after a day in court. 

In April he spoke before a filled ballroom at Mar-a-Lago after being arraigned in the Stormy Daniels hush-money case. 

In similar fashion, he hosted a crowd in front of his Bedminster clubhouse in June after spending time in court in Miami for the federal classified documents case.  

Another one of People’s sources said that Melania Trump prefers the couple’s pad at Trump Tower in New York City over the Bedminster, New Jersey, golf resort, where they spend the summers with Mar-a-Lago – located in Palm Beach, Florida – being too hot.

‘Melania has a small circle of family and very few trusted friends,’ the social source said. ‘Unlike others who belong to her husband’s clubs, she doesn’t rely on outside stimulants to guide her daily life.’ 

Melania was last photographed in public running errands in Manhattan on August 9. 

‘She has her son, other family members, and select friends,’ the source said. 

Melania Trump’s parents have also been photographed outside of Trump Tower in recent months. 

The source pushed that just because the former first lady hasn’t attended Trump’s post-indictment events or been seen on the campaign trail, doesn’t mean she’s not supportive. 

‘She knows how her husband is but still believes there has been too much dumping on him and wants nothing to do with any of it,’ the source said. 

The ex-president was indicted for a fourth time Monday night, this time by a grand jury out of Fulton County, Georgia, over Trump’s efforts to overturn President Joe Biden’s 2020 election win in the state. 

‘She hates all of the legal problems and says very little about them anytime anywhere,’ the source added. ‘She leads her own life.’
