Shocking footage shows the moment a man hurled racial slurs and threats of murder and rape at his terrified black neighbors at their Oregon apartment complex.

Shirtless Dominic Austin, 19, is seen pounding on the door as he makes the sinister threats, pacing menacingly in front of the mother and daughters’ doorstep.

He even stabs their front door with a knife and in one clip he can be heard saying: ‘I’ll f**king rape your daughter, b**ch.’

‘You’re about to get murdered,’ he says in another, before ominously adding: ‘Call the cops, b**ch.’ He is also heard mumbling angrily about slavery, before asserting that he wants the women to be whipped.

The tenants on the other side, Nubrittany Smith and her elderly, live-in mother Tasha, say they have been subject to such behavior since June and have filed a restraining order against Austin.

However, Austin was only handed an eviction notice this week, before being arrested Wednesday for menacing the women and violating Smith’s August 23 protective order.

In his arrest report, officers with the Gresham Police report wrote how Austin violated the stalking order at least 10 separate times – repeatedly showing up the mother and daughter’s door to harass them while appearing increasingly unstable.

Smith said she reported the threats to police after ‘each event’ – with videos captured on her Ring Security Camera appearing to show Austin’s escalating behavior, which she said took a turn for the worse on September 8.

According to documents obtained by KOIN, that was when Austin was officially notified by management at The Landings at Morrison that he was being thrown out of the complex due to a stipulation in his rental agreement says tenants will be evicted within 24 hours if they should ever threaten another tenant.

The outlet, however, reported that an eviction notice was only handed to Austin on Monday, allowing him roughly two weeks to ramp up his campaign of harassments against the two women, who moved in in June.

The threats began soon after, with the family filing their first formal complaint against Austin on June 30.

Still, no action was taken until this month – and an arrest was not made until Wednesday, hours after KOIN unmasked Austin’s alleged behavior.

Footage posted to social media by Smith further substantiated her and her mothers’ claims – showing Austin issuing death threats to the pair through their locked door.

However, Austin - reportedly the subject of another temporary protective order filed by another neighbor in August - was only handed an eviction notice this week, before being arrested Wednesday for menacing the women and violating Smith's August protective order

He remains shirtless in all of the videos, which were all shared to Instagram by Smith.

In a GoFundMe asking for money to relocate, she alleged that Austin – who at this point was a day from being evicted – was suffering from a mental affliction, and had been coming down to the unit in such a manner since June 29.

‘Every time he comes down he is either holding a knife or beating on [our] door,’ she wrote on September 17, adding ‘the property management is aware of the situation and appears not to be concerned in our health or safety.’

She further revealed: ‘My mother has requested accommodations as far as being transferred to a different unit or paying for to place us in a hotel.

‘The property management declined both accommodations,’ she said.

Within a day after posting the profile – which has raised more than 10,000 in the span of a week – KOIN published its story about the alleged pattern of abuse, and brass at the posh complex near Portland formally hit Austin with an order to vacate.

That notice came nearly two weeks after management hit him with the 24-warning, which they inexplicably did not act on despite Austin’s visits – and the families complaints – persisting to this past Tuesday, when he was handed the order.

‘I was failed by the system and by the Landings at the Morrison,’ Smith told KOIN Wednesday after Austin’s arrest, adding ‘I don’t feel safe because he’s in jail today… I don’t know what tomorrow is going to be’

The next day, only after being named in the KOIN piece, Austin was placed under arrest  – on 10 charges of violating protection orders, and one count of menacing – a felony.

Upon his arrest, it was also revealed that Austin had a stalking protection order filed against him on August 23 by another tenant at the complex.

In that case, cops said Austin continued to violate that order, as well as Smiths’ until Tuesday – the day before his arrest.

Smith has since retained an attorney, alleging staffers at the Gresham apartment complex failed their tenants by allowing Austin’s pattern of abuse to continue unhindered.

‘I was failed by the system and by the Landings at the Morrison,’ Smith told KOIN Wednesday after Austin’s arrest, adding ‘I don’t feel safe because he’s in jail today… I don’t know what tomorrow is going to be.’

She told the station: ‘He could be released at any time. Then what happens next?’

Citing how she reported the behavior to police multiple times, Smith said: ‘As a Black woman, we, I felt that we weren’t heard – I feel that we were not important.’

Her lawyer, citing the landlords’ failure to act on their own policy of booting tenants within a day of making threats against a neighbor, said: ‘The people who run this very large apartment complex didn’t give a damn. The police did not give a damn.’

Claiming that both cops and the complex failed Smith and her mom, he added: ‘I don’t know how anyone can look at those videos and come to any other conclusion.’

Gresham police, meanwhile, sent out a statement in response Wednesday, finally addressing Smith’s complaints.

‘We are aware of the terrible conduct of the suspect in this case, including statements that indicate the motivation for the crime is hate or bias.

‘We share in our communities’ concern and appreciate the unique impact bias crimes, in particular, have on victims.

‘Although the suspect has been arrested and is currently in custody, the investigation is continuing.

‘We are working with the district attorney’s office to ensure the suspect is charged with the appropriate crimes.’

Apple gave the world its first look at its new iPhone 15 during its annual September product event.

iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus are available with 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch displays, starting at $799.

Apple said that USB-C charging cables are coming to both its iPhone 15 and the charging case of its AirPods Pro devices, allowing the use of the same charging cables already used for iPads and Macs.

The iPhone 15 also has a brighter display, a 48-megapixel camera and 100 percent recycled cobalt in its battery amid a global smartphone slump and problems with sales in China

iPhone 15 is said to have a larger battery, but Apple did not provide specific details.

Apple also announced its new Apple Watch Series 9 Tuesday, which features a touchless ability to answer calls and snooze alarms – users tape their index and thumb together to perform these tasks.

It uses machine learning to detect tiny changes in blood flow when the user taps their fingers together, freeing up the other hand for other tasks like walking a dog or holding a cup of coffee, said Apple Chief Operating Officer Jeff Williams.

The Series 9 was designed with the tech giant’s most powerful chip – the S9-Chp – that is twice as fast as the one introduced in 2022.

Along with a new device, Apple announced innovative features, including Name Drop between the devices and the ability to sync your Watch with a Home Pod.

Apple held its annual September product event Tuesday from its headquarters in Cupertino, California.

While the conference kicked off with a new Apple Watch Series 9, the world was at the edge of its seats to see the iPhone 15.

The new smartphone features the same A16 Bionic chip inside that previously formed the brains of the iPhone 14 Pro, making the flagship device the most powerful yet.

An Apple executive said the company used machine learning to detect a person in the frame, allowing users to turn a picture into a portrait immediately or later in the Photos app.

While the iPhone 15 was the star of the show, the Apple Watch Series 9 is packed with new features.

New internal hardware picks up the hand gestures, allowing users to answer calls, hang up and snooze alarms with the tap of the index finger and thumb.

The 2022 Series 8 provides up to 1,000 nits of brightness, but the latest model is up to 2,000.

Name Drop will be released with the upcoming iOS 17 update, which allows users to tap their devices to share contacts.

However, this is not expected to hit the Apple Watch until later this year.

The Series 9 will look similar to previous models but will have updated colors, including pink, starlight and silver.

The tech giant is also ditching the traditional leather bands for Finewoven, which it claims feels like the original bands but are made of cloth.

And Apple said it has been working with Hermes and Nike in producing the cloth-made pieces.

A Democrat state lawmaker was caught red-handed hiding Bibles in the Arizona House of Representatives members-only lounge in a bizarre video.

Rep. Stephanie Stahl-Hamilton, an ordained Presbyterian minister, was filmed inside the exclusive members-only lounge on April 10 grabbing a Bible off a side table and hiding it under two sofas.

It was the third time since mid-March that the pair of Bibles went ‘missing’ from their display place inside the lounge.

They were previously found underneath chair cushions and inside a fridge in a nearby kitchen.

Stahl-Hamilton, who is running for re-election, now says she was hiding the Bibles as ‘a little playful commentary on the separation of church and state.’

‘I am a Presbyterian minister, so I obviously don’t have a problem with the Bible,’ she added.

Stahl-Hamilton completed her Masters of Divinity at Princeton Theological Seminary, and is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church.

The security footage from April 10 clearly shows her entering the dimly-lit lounge, where members of the legislature can go if they need to take a call or meet with other representatives or senior staff members, and greeting her colleagues.

Stahl-Hamilton could be seen speaking with the other members for a moment, before she walks towards the back of the lounge, grabs a Bible sitting on a side table and hides it under the two sofas nearby.

She then goes back to sit and chat with her fellow members, who seemed unaware of Stahl-Hamilton’s deceit.

But that was not the first time the Bibles were removed from their display place in the lounge, an unnamed statehouse source told FOX News.

He said the Arizona House of Representatives were first alerted about the mysterious disappearance of two Bibles in the members-only lounge on March 23.

The Bibles first went missing on March 23

They were later found hidden underneath two chair cushions in the lounge

When security started to search the lounge for the Bibles in the aftermath, they found the Bibles had been placed underneath two chair cushions in the lounge.

Just about one week later, the source said, another Bible went missing from the lounge — and was later found inside a fridge in a nearby kitchen.

At that point, the security team decided to place a temporary camera inside the normally private lounge to catch the thief.

Now, members of the state legislature are left stunned by Stahl-Hamilton’s actions.

‘For an ordained minister to do that, again, it’s nonsensical,’ Republican Pro-Tempore Speaker Travis Grantham told KKTV. ‘I have no clarity as to why it happened.’

He dismissed the idea that her deception was just supposed to be commentary on the separation of church and state, noting that the state motto is ‘God enriches.’

And leadership at the House have reportedly not received any complaints from Stahl-Hamilton about the Bibles in the past.

The pastor at St. Mark’s Presbyterian Church in Tucson, where she serves as a parish associate, also told DailyMail.com he believes the incident is a ‘distraction’ from the real issues.

‘As a minister, Rev. Stahl-Hamilton, loves and reveres scripture,’ Rev. Bart Smith told DailyMail.com. ‘And as a representative, she has sworn to uphold the Constitution.’

Smith said she has ‘a lot of integrity’ in upholding both tenets, and said: ‘The incident was ill-advised, of course, but it’s being blown out of proportion to distract from the real problems Arizonans face’ like the ongoing water shortages.
