Shocking footage shows the moment a man hurled racial slurs and threats of murder and rape at his terrified black neighbors at their Oregon apartment complex. 

Shirtless Dominic Austin, 19, is seen pounding on the door as he makes the sinister threats, pacing menacingly in front of the mother and daughters’ doorstep.

He even stabs their front door with a knife and in one clip he can be heard saying: ‘I’ll f**king rape your daughter, b**ch.’ 

‘You’re about to get murdered,’ he says in another, before ominously adding: ‘Call the cops, b**ch.’ He is also heard mumbling angrily about slavery, before asserting that he wants the women to be whipped.

The tenants on the other side, Nubrittany Smith and her elderly, live-in mother Tasha, say they have been subject to such behavior since June and have filed a restraining order against Austin.

However, Austin was only handed an eviction notice this week, before being arrested Wednesday for menacing the women and violating Smith’s August 23 protective order.

In his arrest report, officers with the Gresham Police report wrote how Austin violated the stalking order at least 10 separate times – repeatedly showing up the mother and daughter’s door to harass them while appearing increasingly unstable.

Smith said she reported the threats to police after ‘each event’ – with videos captured on her Ring Security Camera appearing to show Austin’s escalating behavior, which she said took a turn for the worse on September 8.

According to documents obtained by KOIN, that was when Austin was officially notified by management at The Landings at Morrison that he was being thrown out of the complex due to a stipulation in his rental agreement says tenants will be evicted within 24 hours if they should ever threaten another tenant.

The outlet, however, reported that an eviction notice was only handed to Austin on Monday, allowing him roughly two weeks to ramp up his campaign of harassments against the two women, who moved in in June.

The threats began soon after, with the family filing their first formal complaint against Austin on June 30.

Still, no action was taken until this month – and an arrest was not made until Wednesday, hours after KOIN unmasked Austin’s alleged behavior.

Footage posted to social media by Smith further substantiated her and her mothers’ claims – showing Austin issuing death threats to the pair through their locked door.

He remains shirtless in all of the videos, which were all shared to Instagram by Smith.

In a GoFundMe asking for money to relocate, she alleged that Austin – who at this point was a day from being evicted – was suffering from a mental affliction, and had been coming down to the unit in such a manner since June 29.

‘Every time he comes down he is either holding a knife or beating on [our] door,’ she wrote on September 17, adding ‘the property management is aware of the situation and appears not to be concerned in our health or safety.’

She further revealed: ‘My mother has requested accommodations as far as being transferred to a different unit or paying for to place us in a hotel.

‘The property management declined both accommodations,’ she said.

Within a day after posting the profile – which has raised more than 10,000 in the span of a week – KOIN published its story about the alleged pattern of abuse, and brass at the posh complex near Portland formally hit Austin with an order to vacate.

That notice came nearly two weeks after management hit him with the 24-warning, which they inexplicably did not act on despite Austin’s visits – and the families complaints – persisting to this past Tuesday, when he was handed the order.

The next day, only after being named in the KOIN piece, Austin was placed under arrest  – on 10 charges of violating protection orders, and one count of menacing – a felony.

Upon his arrest, it was also revealed that Austin had a stalking protection order filed against him on August 23 by another tenant at the complex.

In that case, cops said Austin continued to violate that order, as well as Smiths’ until Tuesday – the day before his arrest.

Smith has since retained an attorney, alleging staffers at the Gresham apartment complex failed their tenants by allowing Austin’s pattern of abuse to continue unhindered.  

‘I was failed by the system and by the Landings at the Morrison,’ Smith told KOIN Wednesday after Austin’s arrest, adding ‘I don’t feel safe because he’s in jail today… I don’t know what tomorrow is going to be.’

She told the station: ‘He could be released at any time. Then what happens next?’

Citing how she reported the behavior to police multiple times, Smith said: ‘As a Black woman, we, I felt that we weren’t heard – I feel that we were not important.’

Her lawyer, citing the landlords’ failure to act on their own policy of booting tenants within a day of making threats against a neighbor, said: ‘The people who run this very large apartment complex didn’t give a damn. The police did not give a damn.’

Claiming that both cops and the complex failed Smith and her mom, he added: ‘I don’t know how anyone can look at those videos and come to any other conclusion.’

Gresham police, meanwhile, sent out a statement in response Wednesday, finally addressing Smith’s complaints.

‘We are aware of the terrible conduct of the suspect in this case, including statements that indicate the motivation for the crime is hate or bias. 

‘We share in our communities’ concern and appreciate the unique impact bias crimes, in particular, have on victims.

‘Although the suspect has been arrested and is currently in custody, the investigation is continuing. 

‘We are working with the district attorney’s office to ensure the suspect is charged with the appropriate crimes.’

A devastating Ukrainian missile attack struck the headquarters of Russia‘s Black Sea Fleet today. 

The Sevastopol HQ building is understood to have been hit with a Storm Shadow missile, the type supplied by Britain and France capable of holding a warhead of nearly 1000 lbs. 

Russia’s defence ministry has claimed that one person is missing, after initially claiming they had died in the strike. Initial reports suggested that six people had been wounded. 

Dozens of ambulances were reported at the headquarters in Sevastopol, the naval port in occupied Crimea.

The HQ building was on fire, had partially collapsed and suffered ‘severe damage’, according to one report.

Debris from the missile attack on the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet was scattered over hundreds of metres.

Russia’s defence ministry claimed that five other missiles were shot down, but one made it through its defences.  

‘According to preliminary information, people who were on the street at the time of the attack on the Black Sea Fleet headquarters were not injured,’ said Putin appointed Sevastopol governor Mikhail Razvozhayev.

A fire continued to burn at the headquarters building, admitted the governor.

Police cordoned off two blocks around the missile-hit building.

‘The enemies launched a missile attack on the fleet headquarters,’ said Razvozhayev. 

He warned of the risk of a second attack and urged locals to stay away from the city.

‘A fragment [of a missile] fell close to the Lunacharsky Theatre. All emergency services arrived at the scene.

‘Information about the victims is being clarified. Please remain calm. And do not post photos and videos.’

The occupation official said: ‘Another attack is possible. Please do not travel to the city centre. Don’t leave buildings.

‘At the sound of the siren, everyone who is near the fleet headquarters should proceed to shelters.

‘Employees of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations are working on the spot.

‘Firefighters are taking all measures to put out the fire as quickly as possible. The build-up of forces and means continues.’

Prominent Russian pro-war blogger Vladimir Rogov said: ‘The headquarters of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol was attacked by Ukrainian missiles.’

He said the attack was carried out ‘by British Storm Shadow missiles’, though this was not immediately confirmed.

The strike was one of the most significant of the entire war, as was the sinking of the Black Sea fleet’s flagship, the Moskva cruiser, last year. 

The Black Sea Fleet has been responsible for multiple missile attacks on Ukraine, and is central to Putin’s subjugation of around one-fifth of Ukrainian territory.

Other explosions hit elsewhere in Crimea including around peninsula capital Simferopol.

Ukraine has previously used Storm Shadow and Neptune missiles to target Crimea as well as kamikaze drones.

Drones were downed today in Sevastopol harbour.

The attack came as Vladimir Putin held a meeting of his security council on relations with neighbouring countries.

He was heard skirting around the attack, only mentioning ongoing developments with ‘relations with our closest neighbours and partners.’

A teenager on her first girls’ trip abroad claims she binned half her wardrobe and is worried for her health after staying in a disgusting Jet2 package hotel that was ‘infested’ with black mould. 

Molly Mcquillan, 18, was horrified to find that her clothes and Nike trainers, which cost £120, were covered in mould less than two weeks into her holiday at the party resort of Malia, on the Greek island of Crete.

Ms Mcquillan, from Rochdale, was holidaying with her twenty-one-year-old friends Paris and Morgan Mcintosh last month before going off to university in Preston, Lancashire.

Their holiday bliss turned to hotel horror as they discovered what they say was black mould in their ‘damp and smelly’ room. 

Photos show the items inside the hotel room caked in a black furry substance, including the kettle, bin, shower curtain, and even the ceiling. The womens’ clothes and shoes are also shown covered in what appears to be mould.

The group said that the ‘infestation’ had caused them to bin more than £200 of belongings, and say that they are concerned that having stayed in the ‘dangerous’ hotel room could affect their health.

They are demanding that Jet2 provide them with a refund for the £550 holiday from hell.

The student claims that she and Morgan Mcintosh have developed a cough since returning home last week.

Ms Mcquillan complained: ‘It’s disgusting. If they put a baby in there or people with health issues, it’s dangerous.’

‘We don’t know if they’ll just wipe the walls and then it’ll grow back again in two weeks,’ she added. ‘We’ve probably lost about £200 of stuff. My Nike Dunks that I had to leave cost about £120 and my friend had to leave six pairs of shoes.’

Jet2 said that they were only made aware of the issue the day before Ms Mcquillan’s departure and they were investigating.

Ms Mcquillan spoke of her disappointment. ‘It’s made me angry,’ she said. ‘My shoes I got as a Christmas present and my other clothes [are ruined] – I’ve left a lot there.’

‘Even the bed was covered in damp and mould was starting to appear on some of the bed sheets.’

‘There was stuff in the wardrobe and on our shoes, bags, and cases on the floor. Everything has mould on it.’

‘When I was there, I ended up getting a bad cough. Since I’ve gone home, at nighttime and in the morning, I feel chesty. I’ve had to go to the doctors, my friend has a bad cough as well.’

Ms Mcquillan said that her friends and her had been aware that the hotel was only rated two stars, but that they expected it be clean. 

‘We expected it not to be the best,’ Ms Mcquillan explained. ‘We were actually pretty happy with the room to begin with but there was a strong odour in the room.’

‘We never paid attention to it, we thought it was just the room, but it was getting stronger and stronger towards the end of the holiday.’

‘Then mould started to appear towards the end of our second week.’

‘We were on the ground floor and couldn’t open the balcony to let air in just in case anyone came in.’

‘Towards the end of the holiday I noticed I had some shoes that were covered in thick mould.’

‘When we came to pack, that’s when we noticed mould was everywhere thick on the walls. It just isn’t acceptable.’

Ms Mcquillan says that she raised the mould issue with the hotel and with Jet2 on September 7. She says they were offered an ‘insulting’ £50 compensation to be split three ways, which they declined. They are now pursuing the complain with Jet2. 

‘We came to pack up and I said ‘look at my top, it’s covered in mould’, and I thought ‘I’m not having it,’ she said. 

‘I rang Jet2 and sent the pictures over, and one of the reps was in the hotel. I asked them to come into our room, the smell was so bad in the room.’

‘Her face dropped as soon as she walked through the door, she said she’d let the manager know.’

‘The next day I went to the rep and asked ‘what’s the outcome of it?’

‘She said she’d spoken to the woman above her and they’re happy to offer £50, which isn’t worth the damage it’s caused to all our stuff so we refused it. It was an insult to us.’

‘I am waiting to hear back from Jet2, they said within two weeks we would hear back. The CEO of Jet2 said he’s investigating it.’

‘I’d like the full money of the holiday back. I understand they might have to knock a bit off because of flights but I think we should get the accommodation refunded.’

Ms Mcquillan is urging any other travellers to think carefully about their hotel choices after the ‘unacceptable’ experience. 

‘It upsets me, this definitely didn’t live up to the ‘trusted’ holiday packages.’

‘Jet2 shouldn’t send guests to places like that. It wasn’t just young ones, there were adults and children there too.’

‘If kids have any illnesses and stay in that room, they’ll end up getting even more ill.’

‘It’s made me more cautious to book with Jet2 again. With something like this they should be looking into it straight away.’

‘The room put a dampener on the trip, it was our first girls’ holiday away. I understand it’s only a two-star hotel but you shouldn’t expect big black mould in the room.’

A Jet2 spokesperson said: ‘As an award-winning holiday company, we always want our customers to have the very best holiday experience when travelling with us, so we are investigating this as a matter of priority and will respond directly to Ms McQuillan once we have completed a thorough investigation.

‘Although Ms McQuillan stayed in the hotel for two weeks, no issues were reported until the day before departure, so we were unaware of any dissatisfaction until then.

‘We have a team of in-resort customer helpers and colleagues available on our 24/7 helpline who are always happy to assist and encourage customers to contact us as soon as possible if they wish to discuss anything to do with their holiday.’

Supermodels, acting legends, royalty and some of the biggest names in showbusiness gathered at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane for the Vogue World Show.

The Mail on Sunday reported Enninful had hoped one day to replace Wintour, but the Vogue Editor-In-Chief is determined to stay put and will ‘swat any rivals off like a fly’. 

The bash comes just three months after the shock announcement the British-Ghanaian former model and fashion stylist is to step down as editor-in-chief of British Vogue after six years at the helm.

When he leaves at the beginning of 2024, Enninful will take up a ‘global advisory position’ at Vogue, ‘with the freedom to take on broader creative projects’.

‘He made no secret of wanting the big job [global editorial director] but he hit the glass ceiling and he’d gone as far as he could go,’ explains the Vogue insider.

‘He thought he would be in London for a few years and then head for New York, but he now knows that he’s never going to get Anna’s job at Condé Nast.

‘Anna is the undisputed boss. She has seen off many rivals and continues to do so. She could swat him like a fly.’

A fashion source put it more bluntly: ‘I think Edward underestimated her power. He had so much smoke blown up his a**e when he was appointed editor that he couldn’t see his own trousers.’

And it was a busy week for the Princess Beatrice of York and husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi as they headed to the party, after attending the V&A Chanel Exhibition the night prior.

Thursday’s event will serve as a fundraiser for Britain’s performing arts industry, with Vogue’s Editor-in-Chief Anna overseeing proceedings. 

The first Vogue World event featured a fashion show and street fair when it took place in New York’s meatpacking district in 2021, but the London ceremony is expected to be a grander affair. 

The dress code will be Opening Night, with the invitation revealed a West End stage decorated with by blood-red velvet curtains.

Masterminded by BAFTA and Olivier-winning director Stephen Daldry, show director Emily Burns, and creative producer Fran Miller, along with the Vogue team, the evening will feature a vast array of performing arts.

Guests will watch opera and ballet and theatre at the event which sits at the start of London Fashion Week and acts to unveil and showcase talent.

Contributing designers for the guests and performers include 16Arlington, Ahluwalia, Burberry, Charles Jeffrey LOVERBOY, Erdem, Maison Margiela, and SS Daley, among many other fashion giants. 

Wintour previously claimed the performing arts industry is “under threat'” meaning all proceeds from ticket sales will go to a range of theatre companies – among them the National Theatre, Royal Opera House and the Royal Ballet. 

A Russian pilot tried to shoot down an RAF surveillance plane over the Black Sea because he mistakenly thought he had permission, it has emerged. 

The pilot of the SU-27 fighter jet fired two missiles at the RAF RC-135 Rivet Joint surveillance aircraft on September 29 last year, with the first missing the British plane rather than malfunctioning as was claimed by Russia at the time. 

At the time, British Defence Secretary Ben Wallace acknowledged the incident, telling Parliament that two Russian jets ‘recklessly’ came within 15ft of the RAF plane – with a crew of up to 30 – and one ‘released a missile in the vicinity’.

Russia’s defence minister Sergei Shoigu blamed a ‘technical malfunction’ and Wallace, having spoken with other Russian defence officials, accepted the explanation and drew a line under the incident.

But now, three senior Western defence sources with knowledge of the incident have told the BBC that Russian communications that were intercepted by the RAF surveillance plane show that one of the Russian pilots thought he had been given permission to target the British aircraft.

This was after he received an ambiguous command from a Russian ground station that was along the lines of ‘you have the target’, one Western source said.

While the first pilot took this as an order to fire at the RAF reconnaissance plane, the second pilot thought the opposite and swore at his comrade when he fired his first air-to-air missile, which came perilously close to the British spy aircraft.

The missile had been successfully launched but failed to lock onto the plane, the sources said, meaning that it was a very near miss – rather than a ‘technical malfunction’ as Russia had claimed.  

Had a Russian missile blown Rivet Joint out of the sky over the Black Sea, the UK and its NATO allies may have been compelled to war.

According to Article 5 of the founding treaty of NATO, member nations agree that an armed attack against one or more of them ‘shall be considered an attack against them all’.

If such an attack does occur, each NATO member will assist the country that has been attacked with any action ‘it deems necessary’.

Defence sources told the BBC that the second Russian pilot shouted at his comrade and swore at him after he released his first air-to-air missile. But despite this, the first pilot still released another missile. 

The second missile fell from the wing, suggesting that the weapon either malfunctioned or the launch was aborted, the sources said. 

The RAF regularly flies sorties over the Black Sea’s international waters, as well the Baltics and eastern Poland, to gather intelligence.  

The role of the Rivet Joint aircraft is to hoover up electronic transmissions and communications – the plane is also known as a ‘nuke-sniffer’ for its ability to detect radioactivity. 

The Ministry of Defence said it will not release details of the intercepted communications.

An MoD spokespersons said in response to the new revelations: ‘Our intent has always been to protect the safety of our operations, avoid unnecessary escalation and inform the public and international community.’ 

British and US aircraft continued to conduct these reconnaissance flights after the hair-raising incident in September, but RAF surveillance aircraft are now escorted by Typhoon fighters while the US resorts to the use of unmanned surveillance drones.

Pentagon spokesman Brig. Gen. Patrick Ryder said in March that it is important to keep the Black Sea and the skies over it open to all nations. 

‘The Black Sea is a critical international seaway supporting many of our Nato allies, including Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey, and does not belong to any one country,’ he said.

Ryder’s comments came after yet another aerial incident in which Russian jets dumped fuel on and ultimately crashed into a US surveillance drone in March.

Drone footage showed the shocking moment Moscow’s Su-27 jet approached the US MQ-9 unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) from behind and clipped its propeller over international airspace on March 14.

US forces had to bring down the $32million surveillance drone in international waters after the encounter, sparking a race between Moscow and Washington to recover it.

Russian ships were spotted at the crash site on March 15 trying to find the debris, though the Pentagon insisted the parts could not be retrieved and any intelligence had been wiped.

Moscow insisted its jet did not make contact with the drone, and instead blamed ‘sharp maneuvering’ for the crash.

But experts say it was likely an accidental clash as Russian pilots adopted increasingly aggressive tactics to force the drone to change course.
