Pokémon Debuts
Eevee will make their debut wearing a special holiday hat! Evolve Eevee into all of their Eeveelutions to obtain them wearing a holiday hat too. (Eeveelutions will not be spawning in the wild and are obtainable only via evolution)
For the first time ever, trainers will also be able evolve their winter costume Cubchoo into Beartic for the first time!

Featured Attacks
Kyurem caught between December 23, 2022 at 10:00 to Sunday, January 1, 2023 10:00 local time, will know the special move Glaciate.
- Trainer Battles: 60 power. This move decreases your opponent’s attack stat when used.
- Gyms and raids: 160 power

Winter Wishes – Event-exclusive Timed Research
Winter Wishes is a special, event-exclusive, branching Timed Research will be available during the Pat II of Winter Holidays event. This Timed Research lets Trainers pick a path and a bonus for the event!
Bonuses to choose from will revolve around hatching eggs, Stardust, or catching Pokémon. No matter which bonus path you choose, you’ll have the opportunity to encounter Galarian Mr. Mime as a reward, along with other winter themed Pokémon.

Winter Holiday 2022 Timed Research

(*) Please note that the Winter Holiday Timed Research Ticket will only be available in the in-game shop from December 15, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. until December 30, 2022, at 8:00 p.m. local time!
Complete the research tasks to earn an event-themed avatar pose! Other Timed Research rewards include:

Trainers will be able to purchase and gift tickets to any of their Pokémon GO friends that they have achieved a Friendship level of Great Friends or higher with. Please note that purchases—including those made for other Trainers—are non-refundable (subject to applicable law and the exceptions set forth in the Terms of Service). Tickets cannot be purchased with PokéCoins.
IMPORTANT: Please note that Timed Research expires. The tasks associated with Timed Research must be completed and their rewards must be claimed before Saturday, December 31, 2022, at 8:00 p.m. local time.
