Momentus Customers Integrated and Shipped to SpaceX Launch Site

Momentus Inc., a leading U.S. commercial space company, has announced that it has successfully integrated its customers’ payloads for the upcoming SpaceX Transporter-9 mission. The payloads have been shipped to Vandenberg Space Force Base for integration with the Falcon 9 rocket, with the launch targeted for November 2023.

The Transporter-9 mission will see Momentus deploy five satellites into Low-Earth Orbit on behalf of four different customers. This integration marks an important milestone for Momentus as it continues to provide responsive and cost-effective transportation options for its customers’ space development roadmaps.

This mission will be Momentus’ final launch of 2023, with the next launch scheduled for February 2024. The Vigoride-7 Orbital Service Vehicle will be deployed on SpaceX’s Transporter-10 mission, where Momentus will aim to deploy several customer satellites in Low-Earth Orbit and provide services to a hosted payload. Additionally, the Company plans to demonstrate Remote Proximity Operations by maneuvering the Orbital Service Vehicle into proximity with a target satellite.
